About this property

Escape to 405E Regency Towers, a designer furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf-front condo, located directly on the beach! New dining room table and chairs as of December 2022! Upgrades include granite kitchen countertops, stacked washer and dryer in the condo, smart TV in living room, modern ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and more! Notice the amazing views from the master bedroom, in particular, overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand beach. At Regency Towers there is a 25 x 50 swimming pool nestled by the dunes, and tennis courts. 405E Regency Towers sleeps up to 8!

Pet-friendly (small dog only) 25 lbs. or less w/pet (dog) fee of $150.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Rents monthly November-March.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was great. Would recommend more kitchen hand towels and dish towels. It would be helpful to have TV instructions, we were unable to use the living room TV during our stay.Would recommend this property to family and friends.
