Gouezan - Maison familiale Presqu’üle de Rhuys

Cocoonr agency offers this 70mÂČ house for rent, which can easily accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a neat double living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Senseo machine, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.). Upstairs, the sleeping area and shower room await you, with a master bedroom with 160cm bedding and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. You can also enjoy the 150 mÂČ garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 mÂČ with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two bedrooms One with 4 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A beautiful garden of 150 mÂČ + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Pas d'Ă©changes avec un propriĂ©taire, mais l'agence qui gĂšre la location offre un suivi rĂ©gulier et attentif par messagerie, et un concierge est prĂ©sent Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.

Maison agréable bien équipée avec quelques jouets pour un enfant de 5 ans. Jardin petit mais bien orienté. Seul petit bemol, la maison mitoyenne est non entrenue. Les échanges avec l'agence Cocoon qui gÚre ce logement se sont tres bien déroulés. La localisation du logement n'est pas en centre-ville mais tout est disponible à 10 minutes en voiture. Je recommande !!

Proche des plages. 🙁 aucun accueil Ă  l'arrivĂ©e....On avait pourtant indiquĂ© notre heure d'arrivĂ©e sur le site Web et sur le chemin 2H avant d'arriver on avait appelĂ© la personne pour lui signaler notre retard de 1H Ă  18H00 au lieu de 17H00 (samedi).La personne nous avait dit que tout est ouvert et qu'il suffisait de scanner le QR code.On avait rappelĂ© plusieurs fois en laissant des messages personne ne nous avait rappelĂ©. Seul hic : le ménage pour lequel un forfait est proposé avec la location et qui n'est pas top notamment pour les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle."
