Perfect in every way. My new favorite place to stay in Spokane. The neighborhood is as wonderful as the studio apartment. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend!

Tracy, the studio and the neighborhood really do complement each other, and hearing that combination clicked for you is exactly what hosting is about. Spokane has a way of pulling people back, and the space will be here when it does.

Great Location - Great property

The location of the property was great and such a fun property to stay in. Only downfall is the on street parking wasn't the easiest but I'd stay here again.

Nice stay, Cute place

The stay was easy, comfortable and very nice. The place was really cute and functional - just what was needed for one person needing a nice place for sleeping, a few meals and quiet place to work. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Tiny Home

This was perfect for us and our dog for a one night. However, the fees do make this more expensive than advertised.

Spokane Weekend

As advertised, small but functional. Stores, restaurants and drink options within a block. Parking can be a challenge in the evenings but doable..

This is a beautiful, unique property in a great neighborhood. The host, however, was incommunicado and did not return messages and was otherwise unreachable. As a result, I never got the WiFi password. To make matters worse, the property is in a cellular dead zone. I barely had one bar there. I was offline the whole time I was there.

Top Notch Experience

Sammy was a super host who went above and beyond in their hospitality and communication. When we had to change the dates of our trip, Sammy was so helpful and responsive to our needs. And the apartment itself was perfect for our weekend trip to Spokane. Being literally in the middle of the Perry neighborhood made our stay fun and special. Would definitely book again.

November visit

Small studio but it worked for us. We loved the location, the design was cool, which we appreciated. Very comfortable in spite of the chill.
