If the keys are lost or you take them with you, you will be responsible for the replacement costs.<br><br>-Please respect the arrival times (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and departure times (maximum until 11 a.m.).<br><br>-Please wash and clean dishes before you leave and put them back in the place where they were.<br><br>-All materials in the apartment are registered with the owner and are available for use by guests, but are NOT for takeaway or exchange.<br><br>-For everyone's comfort, please avoid leaving your pets on the sofa bed.<br><br>-Respecting the neighbors, parties and events are not allowed in the apartment and loud music after 10 p.m. in the evening is prohibited. We wish to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors and other occupants.<br><br>-When you leave the apartment or go to sleep, please turn off all electronic devices, including the washing machine, microwave, TV, dishwasher, lights, air conditioning, fans, as well as the oven and stove buttons.
