Definitely a very Silverton house! Former miners cabin greatly updated, with plenty of its history still there! Managers were extremely responsive in dealing with a weird problem with the radiant heating system (which worked very well at keeping the place warm). Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds! We wished for a dishwasher but the listing was accurate in that regard.

We loved our stay! Silverton is gorgeous and the hummingbird house fit our needs perfectly. I loved sitting on the enclosed porch with my coffee in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure for the showers was excellent which I have found isn’t always the case in older homes. They are pet friendly but the house didn’t smell like some pet friendly places we have stayed. Everything was very clean. Will definitely stay again!

The Hummingbird House was a great choice for our 3-day stay in Silverton. Yes, it's an old house and has a few quirks, but it's spacious and comfy within easy walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!
