The Silver Fox : A beautiful, high-end, modern, new-construction home with open space and rustic accents, closest house to the ohv road. Cathedral ceilings and huge windows with lots of sunshine and mountain views. In-floor radiant heat, gas fireplace, 55" flat-screen internet and cable TV, high-speed internet, smart-key entrance, HE washer and dryer, all brand new furniture. 1700 sq feet of living space.

EV charger available for $30 per stay.

Located on a private corner lot just blocks north of Kendall Mountain and downtown (walking distance).Arguable the best views in town!

The closest house in town to ohv approved roads (CR 2 down the street). Can cross Silverton Lakes access road for a fee. Ample corner lot parking for ohv’s, trucks and trailers.

Chef’s kitchen includes: induction range, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with island, dishwasher, and dining to seat 10.

Oversized, heated garage (one car) with work bench, cubbies, ski rack, boot heaters, and bike racks and a house bike for use.

A covered back porch with a gas BBQ grill, gas fire pit and table, and views of Red mountain and a large SAUNA (robes supplied)!

Upstairs deck off a bedroom facing the sunny south.

3 BR 2 1/2 bath (2 showers and 3 toilets).

BR 2-4 Twin XL bunks with luxury memory foam
Br 3-2 Twin XL beds (luxury pillow tops) can be linked together for a king or kept separate. ***please give this request when booking. Conversion located in the closet with king sheets available. Tends to be set up as twins in the winter and a king in the summer.

Your rental deposit will not be returned to you if there are any problems that arise because you did not follow the OHV regulations, regarding the house rental and the neighborhood. You can register with Silverton Lakes RV Park and pay for direct route parking.

Excellent Location for Silverton Outdoor Activities

Overall, this was an excellent place to stay for a family vacation to the mountains. We were in the area for off-roading and hiking and the location is perfect (we had other family camping right at the Silverton Lakes campground which is right next door). We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and had plenty of space, the home was very clean and well-equipped, and check-in and access was very easy. We highly recommend this property!

This is a great property with beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked and you feel like you are staying in a hotel. While we were visiting it snowed several times so having the large windows allowed for beautiful views from the coziness of being inside. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay at Silver Fox was phenomenal

Beautiful home with breathtaking views of the surrounding San Juan mountains. Very well-equipped home with everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We were in Silverton for the skiing, and the garage is well-appointed with boot/glove dryers. There is even an outdoor sauna to rest those weary ski muscles! The beds are very comfortable as well as the linens. Close to downtown Silverton with access to local restaurants. We will definitely stay at Silver Fox again on a future stay in Silverton!

Feels Like Home

This property feels like your home away from home in the mountains. The location is perfect, on the edge of town for convenient ATV use, but still walking distance to downtown. The property manager was very friendly and helpful which made check-in a breeze. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The layout and decor of the home were very modern and comfortable. The views of the mountains from all of the rooms are beautiful! The house was stocked with any and everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were all very comfortable. There is a nice private sauna, however, we didn’t use it this trip. Overall, beautiful property!!

Check in process was very easy. House was in order,clean and very accommodating. Issue with accuracy of listing. Listed as housing 8. Fee added of $350 for guests over 6. That fee needs to be included in the listing. Overall great house and we would stay here again. Thank you

We had a nice stay in Silverton. It was mostly what we expected. We did have to push our side by sides across the street to the trails, which was no big deal. We were told that ahead of time. We had a very nice visit with the local sheriff/deputy. He was very helpful and informative. The house was nice. There wasn't any air conditioning and it was a little warm the first day, but perfect after that. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The internet was down all 5 days but they were working towards correcting that. The house was clean and they had many necessities provided. They even provided extras such as a stroller, baby bed, and bicycles.
