We had a great experience from the start. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very helpful and the view from the room was incredible. We ended up spending most of our time on the patio or took the few steps to the beach.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this resort. It’s so convenient to the beach and has lovely views. My only wish would be that you could see and book the actual apartment you’ll be staying in. I clicked the ‘book again’ button from our last stay and assumed, in error, we would be getting the same room. We did not. We got a much smaller room than before, which was unfortunate as this time we brought our son because the room we thought we were booking had plenty of room for 3. We managed, still had a great time and still loved our time, but I do wish I could make certain I’m getting one of the larger rooms in the newer side if we come back!

We're grateful that you still had a wonderful time, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay in the future.

Nice, quiet and low key resort. Pool, beach and onsite restaurant were all nice. Just say no to the time share presentation. The discounts and ‘free nights’ all come with strings attached. Not worth wasting several hours of vacation

WiFi didn’t reach into our room, so we had no service or way to communicate without going outside, but otherwise everything was great. When we asked for the room to be refreshed, that was delayed then they showed up early the following day which put us in a lurch, and they didn’t complete the job but took two hours to do what little they did. That was odd, but didn’t overshadow the overall experience being good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you still had an overall good experience and enjoyed your stay. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience with the WiFi connectivity in your room and the issues you experienced with the timing and quality of the refresh service. That’s certainly not the level of consistency we aim to provide, and we understand how disruptive that must have been. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will be sharing them with the appropriate teams for review and improvement. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
