It is composed on the ground floor: -a kitchen -a large, warm living room with a fireplace -a bedroom with a 160 bed -a bathroom with adjoining toilet -a bedroom with a 160 cm bed with adjoining shower room and WC -a separate toilet On the 1st floor: -a bedroom with a 140 cm bed (two 70 cm beds that can be pushed together) with an adjoining bathroom and WC -a baby bed and baby chair available Outside, you will benefit from a large plot of land, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Numerous leisure activities and activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), downhill skiing in Mont-Dore, cross-country skiing in Charlannes, Fenestre park and aquatic center in La Bourboule, etc. Comfortable independent house
