Walk in closets in both bedrooms for golf clubs and long term stays. Neutral colors. This is a very relaxing calm environment for rest and relaxation, although there are many fun activities and entertainment nearby.

If you like to bake or bbq the condo is well appointed but if you feel there is anything missing, you can just let us knw and we will get it to you.


Overlooking the 6th Hole and the fountain on the Lagos 9 hole course, the view is a welcome site after along day of shopping, hiking, sightseeing, golfing or tennis. There are over 30 pools and hot tub on the property and you are welcome at the Hotel "big pool" as a guest. We are only steps from pool 6 but not in right in front to be bothered by the pool noise.

Within the complex the Desert Princess has spa services, tennis courts, 3 9 hole courses and driving range, 19th hole Mountain Grille with a beautiful view of the montains, a gym and restaurants walking distance from the condo. (Renters can use the 20% owners discount).

Or head out to Palm Springs, a short drive away, so you're near everything, yet still in the quiet of Cathedral City.

Another benefit of choosing our condo for your stay is that we pay the 12% hotel tax for you, and the new 1% Palms Springs Visitor Bureau tax.

Also if you stay 30 days we give you a 15% discount on your entire stay.

Please note that no personal music or noise emitting machines are allowed to be played allowed outside the condo nor at the pool. So please wear headsets when using these devices. No noise after 10pm or before 8am. To see the entire list of rules go to cathedral city website. We are allowed maximum 2 cars for our unit so ew adhere to that.

As a short term guest in our home away from home, we ask that you keep in mind that many residents are full time and as such you must respect our neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Please see the Good Neighbor brochures in the welcome binder on the coffee table for more info.


You will be given the Good Neighbors Rules and tips and be required to acknowledge them as well as sign a rental agreement as of June 24th 2021 according to the new City rules.
