*** Fully remodeled *** Spacious living room and kitchen! The living room has a smart TV with Spectrum cable and upgraded channels with a view of the golf course. The kitchen is great for cooking and baking that's filled with cooking utensils, pans, blender, toaster, crockpot and coffee maker. There is an outdoor grill that looks on to one of the beautiful holes on the Desert Princess golf course.
You have access to the many amenities that the Desert Princess offers, 33 pool locations, dining at the resorts Mountain View Grille that also delivers to your condo, and several amenities that you can make reservations to use, Beauty Spa, Tennis, Golf, and Fitness Center!
The Master bedroom has a king bed and smart tv with Spectrum cable that looks on to the golf course and patio access with a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen with patio access that looks onto the golf course with a smart tv.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a tv that has an amazon stick for streaming with your apps. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower combo in the hallway between bedroom 2 & 3.
You have available parking right outside the unit. The spaces are not assigned.
There is a grocery store located across the street from the entrance to the resort along with a Starbucks and may shopping locations nearby. Downtown Palm Springs is located just a few miles away.

I spent six days with three girlfriends at Desert Princess. This three-bedroom is on one level with a front and back patio. The kitchen appliances are top notch. Lots of space for gathering or to be alone. We played pickleball (10 per person/per time) multiple times and found the fellow pickleball players at Desert Princess very welcoming. The Mountain Grill is a fabulous place to eat. House band was great fun to listen, too, as well. Would highly recommend this property.

Our host was lovely and communicative. Very pretty gated Golf course community. The place was perfect. Everything everyone could want or need. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious, beautifully updated. Water, coffee, kitchen and bath amenities provided. No need to run to the store on arrival. Easy entry, gated community… perfect location close to everything PS has to offer. We’ll be back!

First time visiting Palm Springs and our stay was fantastic! Melanie (property manager) was very helpful with all the pre-booking questions I had and very accurate with answers and recommendations. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the accommodations were awesome! Definitely hope to return!

Great Location Palm Springs!

This condo is situated between Palm Springs and Palm Desert providing easy access in either direction. Very nice, with comfortable accommodations, privacy and a secure, gated community. Hosts are very responsive. I will definitely be back!
