Villa Serenity View is a haven of peace facing the sea with a garden. <br>Holiday home 7 minutes walk from the sea, freshly renovated for 8 people with 4 bedrooms including 2 suites.<br>Garden of 1000 m2 in front and at the back of the house.<br>The house is detached with an East/West orientation (sea), it is located in a quiet residential development at the exit of Boulogne-sur-Mer towards the seaside resort of Wimereux.<br>On the first floor you enter a hall leading to the WC with washbasin, cloakroom and washing machine area. Two glass doors take you into a large open space where you find the living room, library area and office then the dining area and the open fitted kitchen with a large central island. <br>The open space is through providing a beautiful light overlooking the garden on 2 sides, 3 sliding bay windows allow access to the garden. In the garden, there are 2 outdoor marble tables for outdoor dining.<br>In the hall, a staircase leads you upstairs where 4 bedrooms, each with a balcony, can accommodate up to 8 people. <br>Two bedrooms have their own shower and sinks, including a toilet for the Romantic room.<br>The other two bedrooms share a shower room / WC on the landing. However, they each have an office, which can be used as a place for teleworking or studying.<br>The parking in the driveway can hold at least 3 cars.<br><br>Assets:<br>* South-west orientation, fenced garden <br>* Fiber internet <br>* Location: sea 2 minutes away, NAUSICAA, beach and water sports 7 minutes walk, Wimereux 5 km away, GR 30 meters away,* Sports, floating, sailing, kitesurfing, hiking, cycling, jogging, swimming... Perfecte plek voor familytime

Een heerlijk ruim huis, met fijne keuken en cosy living om samen te koken, te kletsen en spelletjes te doen, lekker loungen in de tuin en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Je loopt zo t stadje in of richting wimereux. Nathalie is een heel behulpzame vriendelijke gastvrouw.Een plek om terug te komen.
