Come and recharge your batteries in our "CÔTE ET MER" villa. It has just been completely renovated (works completed in July 2023).

It is located on the edge of a cliff, with a walking path passing in front of the villa. We have a magnificent sea view from all rooms.

Third room: bedroom 1, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m with walk-in shower, sink.

Upstairs:
Fourth room: Bedroom 2, sea view, double bed 1.40m x 2m.
Fifth room: Bedroom 3, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m.
Sixth room: Bedroom 4, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m with crib.
Seventh room: Bathroom with shower and sink.
Eighth room: Toilet.
!!! Duvet covers are mandatory (2.20m x 2.40m).

The path next to the house is a right-of-way; do not park in this driveway to allow the farmer access.

    A beautiful house with a view.

    The location of the house is pretty perfect. From there you can start with a lot of hikes and/or trips with a car to all the beautiful sites off Cote Opal. You also have a very good view from the house, as well over the sea as to the fields and Cap Gris-Nez. The house also has everything that contributes to a comfortable stay.

    Das Objekt ist großartig gelegen.Aus allen Zimmern, von der sehr großzĂŒgigen Terrasse und dem großen GartengrundstĂŒck (RasenflĂ€che) heraus hat man einen Ausblick auf das Meer, refgelmĂ€ĂŸig auch auf die KĂŒste Englands.Das GrundstĂŒck grenzt unmittelbar an den KĂŒstenwanderweg. Dies stört indes nicht, lĂ€dt vielmehr zu schönen Wanderungen ein.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und schön gestaltet. Es gibt vier SchlafrĂ€ume und insg. zwei WCs. Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis ist unserem VerstĂ€ndnis entsprechend als Ă€ußerst positiv zu bewerten.Gerne wieder!

    Point de vue imprenable sur la manche et cÎtes Bretonnes. Endroit idéal pour ballade, maison isolée

    Villa exceptionnelle

    Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour en famille dans cette villa avec vue imprenable sur les falaises et la mer. Tout était parfait tant dans l'agencement de la maison que dans l'équipement complet. Rien ne manque. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Mes parents, étant ùgés, ont grandement apprécié la suite parentale au RDC. Les enfants se sont régalés avec les promenades le long de la cÎte et les parties de pétanque sur le terrain juste à cÎté de la trÚs belle terrasse. La météo était elle aussi avec nous ce qui a encore accentué la beauté de cette endroit. N'hésitez pas si vous voulez découvrir ou redécouvrir le site exceptionnel des deux caps sur la cÎte d'opale.

    We genoten enkele dagen met ons gezin (volwassen kinderen en hun partners) van dit mooie huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is nieuw en heel smaakvol ingericht. Douches zijn prima. Het uitzicht is simpelweg geweldig: glooiend landschap, de zee en zicht op de Engelse kust. Het wandelpad voor de deur brengt je in een uurtje in Ambleteuse of op Cap Gris Nez. Een aanrader! We willen nu alweer terug naar Cran aux Oeufs voor een partijtje petanque.

    Superbe villa avec une magnifique vue sur la mer ! Nous conseillons Ă  tout le monde cette location. N’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  la louer. Tout est neuf et beau, c’est vraiment top ! ATTENTION : Le de lit et le linge de bain ne sont pas fournis. Le linge de lit et de bain peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ© pour 10€/personne. Petites prĂ©cisions : - Positif : il y a une immense terrasse avec un barbecue intĂ©grĂ© (les photos ont dues ĂȘtre prises avant la crĂ©ation de la terrasse) - À amĂ©liorer :
