Very beautiful and well conceived house for 8 people. we were 2 adults and 5 adolescents. The level of equipment (in particular around the kitchen) is stunningly high. 3 bath rooms are also great.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer wunderbaren Landschaft

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Übergabe klappte prima. Das Haus ist groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. GroßzĂŒgige KĂŒchenausstattung, viele Spiele und Gartenmöbel im Schuppen, eine schöne Wiese zum Ausruhen und direkt am Haus eine schöne Terrasse. Die Betten (Matratzen) sind qualitativ sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Séjour dynamisant dans une maison douillette, bien équipée, lumineuse, pratique à vivre.

Maison confortable, jolie , trÚs bien équipée, bien située par rapport aux balades et restaurants. Superbe terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée. Parking à proximité, chemin d'accÚs inconfortable sur les derniers mÚtres. Belles chambres et salles de bains , piÚce enfants bien garnie. Contacts aisés avec propriétaires et personne de référence sur place.

Great holiday with family

Great large house with a terrace and garden that enabled us to discover the Opale coast and have a great family holiday. Small beach with quite a lot of rocks at a 10 mins walk and larger beach with larger sand area at around 30 mins walk. We had 4 small children and walked to that further beach twice as it was lovely and quiet. Quiet location with a couple of restaurants with shops and more restaurants 10 - 15 mins drive. Owner and people looking after the property were very responsive.

Parfait ! Idéal pour les familles

Maison propre, trÚs (trÚs) bien équipée, trÚs bien située, agréable à vivre. Communication trÚs facile avec les propriétaires. Ce fut trÚs approprié pour nos enfants en bas ùge, notamment grùce à la salle de jeu trÚs bien fournie. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille

La maison est trÚs spacieuse, trÚs bien équipée. La situation est trÚs calme avec une belle terrasse et un jardin. Le coin jeu est parfait pour les enfants.

Fantastisch verblijf

Voor het tweede jaar op rij verblijven we tijdens de kerstdagen in dit geweldige huis. Nog steeds een unieke ligging, echt op Cap Griz Nez, prachtig zicht op de kaap, met vuurtoren. Het huis is echt van alles voorzien, zeer uitgebreide voorzieningen in de keuken ook - een zeldzaamheid en bijzonder aangenaam! Zowel het onthaal door de heer en mevrouw Courquin ter plaatse als het contact via mail met de eigenaar verliep opnieuw bijzonder vlot. Grand merci et Ă  bientĂŽt!

La maison est agréable, bien équipée et située dans un endroit calme à 400 m de la mer. Tout confort et la présence de 3 salles de bains mais surtout d'une salle de jeux pour les enfants est un plus assez rare dans les locations de vacances

Ons verblijf in Audinghen

De vakantiewoning is ideaal gelegen om de pracht van de Opaalkust te bewonderen. 10 min stappen naar zee of Cap Gris Nez. We waren onder de indruk van de prachtige panorama’s waar men ook maar kijkt. Echt heel mooi. Vele uitstappen gedaan, allen even verrassend! Gefietst langs rustige wegen (geen vvt parcours) en ontzettend genoten van het landschap. Huis was fijn om verblijven. Veel gerief in de keuken en een uitstekend kookvuur. Goede bedden ook. Enkel het toilet op het gelijkvloers is te hoog geplaatst in een te kleine ruimte. We hebben hier een heel mooie vakantie beleefd. Wat het meeste opviel naast de natuurpracht, is dd vriendelijkheid van de mensen. Erg aangenaam, die Ch’ti ...

Fantastische locatie

We hebben de kerstdagen doorgebracht op deze schitterende locatie. Uitzonderlijk mooie uitzichten op de zee en de kustlijn vanuit de slaapkamers op de verdieping. Je kan heerlijk wandelen in de buurt. Zee is vlakbij. Heerlijk rustig (misschien is dit anders in het midden van de zomer), leuk huis, ingericht met smaak. Er is echt aan alles gedacht, de keuken is uitzonderlijk goed uitgerust. Bijzonder vriendelijk onthaal door de heer en mevrouw Courquin. Absolute aanrader! Tip: Boulangerie Fred in Wimereux: zowel gebak als brood is heerlijk!

Heerlijk huis

Het huis van meneer Decleve is ons uitstekend bevallen. De kamers zijn heerlijk licht, een aantal met uitzicht op zee. Daarnaast is het huis aangenaam compleet. Er zijn goede glazen voor de wijn, veel pannen, messen en ander keukengerei, boeken over de streek en een speelkamer met speelgoed. Er waren zelf emmertjes en schepjes voor op het strand. Tot slot loop je in een paar minuten op je gemak naar zee.

Nous revenons enchantĂ©s de notre sĂ©jour dans la maison de Monsieur DeclĂšve au Cap Gris-Nez. La maison s’est rĂ©vĂ©lĂ©e particuliĂšrement agrĂ©able et parfaitement adaptĂ©e Ă  cette semaine passĂ©e en famille (quatre adultes et trois petits-enfants), au-delĂ  de nos attentes et de tout ce que nous avions connu auparavant. Sans vouloir ĂȘtre exhaustif, nous l’avons notamment trouvĂ©e confortable, spacieuse, lumineuse, superbement bien Ă©quipĂ©e, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et, pour couronner le tout, disposant d’une literie de qualitĂ© ! En outre, nous tenons Ă  relever l’excellent accueil reçu par les personnes chargĂ©es des contacts sur place, Monsieur et Madame Courquin, un accueil empreint de gentillesse, de cordialitĂ© et d’une bienveillante sollicitude.

Modernes strandnahes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem und mehr ausgerĂŒstet was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit Familie braucht. Am Strand ist man zu Fuß in guten 5 Minuten. Insgesamt entspricht alles der Beschreibung, die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie vorab mit dem Vermieter verliefen sehr gut. Vor Ort ist allerdings nur französisch möglich, was aber auch mit wenig Kenntnis klappt. Insgesamt ist die Gegend und das Haus fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sowie Menschen, die die Natur und Ruhe suchen, absolut zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus fĂŒr einen tollen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz fĂŒr 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Die Sonnenterrasse, der große Garten und die Garage stehen frei zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Ausstattung der Hauses ist luxuriös und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Spielzimmer ist sehr gut mit Spielzeug fĂŒr jedes Alter bestĂŒckt. Alles ist neuwertig, gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe ist sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses besticht durch die direkte NĂ€he zum Strand, Wanderwegen und Radwegen. Von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house with a perfect location, close to the sea. We celebrated the 65 th birthday of husband, father and grandfather with the whole family. The house was very cosy and very well equiped, for the children a special room filled with toys. Every couple had their own bathroom!! Good kitchen. But most of all, it is really a family house! Thanks mr. Decleve for staying in your house.

Groß, hell, perfekt ausgestattet

Die Vorbereitungen der Reise klĂ€rten wir mit dem Vermieter auf französisch oder sehr gutem englisch. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich und unkompliziert von der französich sprechenden Verwalterin empfangen, das Haus war perfekt vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Wir zahlten 500 Euro Kaution, die wir bei der Abreise ungefragt zurĂŒck erhielten. Alle Nebenkosten und Reinigung waren im Mietpreis (2.200 / 2 Wochen) pauschal enthalten. Wir haben das Haus mit 7 Personen, 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, gebucht. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend, alle RĂ€ume sind gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem, frisch renoviertem Zustand, mit modernen, hellen Möbeln. Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, bei sehr gutem Wetter fast immer die beiden schönen Terassen vor und hinter dem Haus nutzen zu können. Die 2 BĂ€der sind auch frisch renoviert und modern. Im Untergeschoss mit großer Dusche und WC, oben mit Wanne und Handbrause und WC. Die einzelne Toilette bietet sich aber fast nur fĂŒr kleine Kinder an, der Raum ist winzig. Absolut perfekt ist die Ausstattung, vor allem die der KĂŒche. Noch nie haben wir das in einer Ferienwohnung so vorgefunden. Geschirr und Besteck in mehr als ausreichender Menge, und vom Stabmixer bis zur Austerngabel wirklich alles, was man zum engagierten kochen braucht. Die KĂŒche selbst ist ganz neu und von hoher QualitĂ€t mit top GerĂ€ten ausgestattet. No Frost KĂŒhlschrank, Induktion neuer Messerblock usw. Alle RĂ€ume mit Fliesen oder Laminat. Es sind Inlays fĂŒr alle Betten vorhanden, teilweise kann man wĂ€hlen, ob man lieber 2 Einzelbettzeuge in 200x90 oder ein großes in 200x200 nutzen möchte. Das Spielzimmer ist fĂŒr kleine Kinder wunderbar, mit viel Spielzeug darin. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, sehr ruhig, mit tollem Blick vom Garten und den oberen Zimmern auf das Meer. 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand und dem sehr guten Restaurant La Sirene. Außerdem gibt es 2 nette Restaurants in nur 300 Metern entfernung. Alle Restaurants der Region sind natĂŒrlich sehr Fisch bzw. MeeresfrĂŒchte orientiert. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr schöne Wanderungen, Wanderkarten und VorschlĂ€ge fĂŒr unterschiedliche Touren liegen im Haus. EinkĂ€ufe muss man mit dem Auto erledigen. 10 min zum BĂ€cker, 15 bis zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt in Marquise. Die Region bietet sich fĂŒr AusflĂŒge entlang der KĂŒste an, einige Badeorte liegen in der NĂ€he, Boulogne sur mer ist keine hĂŒbsche, aber eine interessante Stadt. Ich empfehle, die regionalen Biersorten zu testen :)

Sejour tres agreable

Maison tres agreable, tres bien equipee, situee a deux pas du Cap Gris Nez. Nous etions 4 adultes et 4 enfants sans avoir jamais l'impression de nous marcher dessus. Si vous aimez par ailleurs la nature et la tranquillite, c'est un endroit que nous conseillons. Enfin, check in et check out impeccables.
