It has been an honor to restore this beautiful 100-year-old home located once resided by John Wesley Dobbs and just a few blocks away from the home of Martin Luther King, JR.

Old 4th Ward is one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods. Our location offers many walkable necessities such as restaurants, bars, historic sites, paved trails, parks and markets. Quick rides to Downtown and Midtown, including The Mart, Fox Theater, Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, High Museum, MLK historic sites and more!

From airport: We recommend using Uber or Lyft as its only a $12-$20 (price range is subject to demand/time of day) fare to the house. Marta rail transit is too complicated and not recommended.

Bike Rental: RELAY bike share has multiple pickup spots to snag a bike for the day or however long needed.

Freedom Trail & Atlanta Beltline: Our house sits directly on Freedom Trail, making access to Beltline an ease, if you are looking to bike or walk to get around.

Marta Transit (Bus & Rail): Because we are located so close to the city and you can get around easy usually any time of the day without hitting crazy traffic, we recommend using Uber or Lyft anytime you need to get around.

This property is a 4 unit multifamily home. You will have access to all 4 units for this reservation. Each floor consists of 2 units each with a center divider door that can be left closed or opened upon guest request.
