Palm Springs ID #4154. This very bright and sunny classic William Krisel designed home has been fully updated. Inside, the classic Krisel floor plan is all there and has been freshly updated with clean and elegant materials that speak to the special simplicity of this design. Kitchen and both bathrooms have been updated. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. There is not a bathtub in this house. The living space contains a light filled living room and kitchen, which looks out to a spacious south facing back yard with a newer saltwater pool and spa. Pool and spa heat is optional and an additional $95 per day. Spa only heat is $45 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.

Great spot for a family

This is fantastic place. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week. It’s clean, spacious, well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were a highlight. The location is quiet and easy to get everywhere (with a car). The property manager Mike was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. I highly recommend this property.

Mid Century Charmer

The house in Racquet Club Estates was great for a month long stay. Mike responded immediately to any questions or needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within easy driving distance to everything in Palm Springs. Very clean and comfortable. An excellent experience all around.

Spring in Palm Springs

We had a great stay at Mike’s house. The backyard is just beautiful and invites to spend all day outside. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is great with easy access to a grocery store, great Coffee shop, … The house was clean and communication was great. Would definitely come back.
