Needs improvements

Location was perfect. Right on the beach with store right across the street. Condo was dirty and had rust/mold on vents. The walls were filthy. Lock didn’t stay locked Beds were not comfortable. Overall if you just need something basic this is for you. But if you want comfort and space this isn’t for you

Wrong Made Right

We arrived at the condo and the bed linens had not been washed nor beds made. I messaged the property manager three times before I received a call from the manager. The manager was very apologetic when she called two days later. She was very kind and compensated us with a partial refund. I appreciate them trying to make it right. The property itself is very small (which I can handle) and outdated. Desperately needs refurbished, door locked replaced, and a coat of paint all around. With some updates, it would be a gem of a place! Love the location!

Only if you're desperate

While we did not expect 5-star accommodations, this place was a 2 at best. The overwhelming smell of mildew / mold is intense. No amount of air freshener (we tried) can subdue the smell. The pull-out sofa should have been thrown out about 30 years ago. If anyone in your party is planning on sleeping on this atrocity, they should plan on leaving with the back of someone who fell off a 3-story building. There is ZERO padding in the mattress, instead you will get to enjoy sleeping on a metal frame. The air vents are rusted, dirty, and full of large black / brown chunks that we decided not to look closely at, as we did not want to have nightmares on vacation. The shower curtain, I'm sure was once light beige, is now a lovely dark brown with a black mildew trim around the bottom. The plus side is that you don't have to worry about a shower curtain liner sticking to you, as one was not provided... If you are a light sleeper, you'll get better rest in the middle of a busy intersection than on the beds as the slightest movement unleashes a fury of squeaks and creaks as if the mattress is crying out in misery to end its prolonged suffering. It's also likely you could extract DNA from original settlers from the inch high pile of dust on all the furniture. While the condo served its purpose it needs an intense deep deep cleaning and upgrade. We saw several other units that have been upgraded and look great and clean. If you do plan on staying here, choose another newer remolded unit.

Four day foul odor stay

First thing I didn’t like is we couldn’t get out door open. But called and someone came right out to help us. Inside was smaller than I anticipated but for 2 people we made it. Couch smelled horrible and cover for bed smelled bad. Iron and dryer didn’t work and tv in front bedroom did not work. Location of property was good Would not rent this property again.
