This very quiet accommodation in the heart of lush nature will offer you real moments of relaxation. It is located 20 minutes from Vals-les-Bains, a spa resort that offers many amenities. Within the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, you will appreciate: rivers, hiking, canyoning, mountain biking and cultural visits as well as many leisure activities. Come and marvel at a magnificent view of the Tanargue, at the Col de Juvinas located only 10 minutes walk from the cottage.<br><br>The "Terrace" cottage is an apartment located in the main building. Its surface area is 60m2 + a roof terrace of 13m2 equipped with a dining area with a plancha. It can accommodate 4 people. It includes: 1 closed bedroom with a double bed (160X200), 1 sofa that converts into a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed (160X200) in the living room. You will also have an entrance and private access to the swimming pool, the gardens and the petanque court which are common areas to share with all travellers.<br><br>The common areas are composed of a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasol, garden furniture covered by an arbour located on a stone terrace overlooking the pool, a petanque court, green spaces, a vegetable garden, two fish ponds and an area with a dining table. A vaulted cellar also includes a laundry room and toilets.<br><br>Our farmhouse is part of Juvinas, a charming and authentic little Ardèche village located in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park.
