Continually updated and cared for, this oceanfront condo is tiled throughout and has that comfortable, Florida feeling.

This unit is located directly on the beach. The 6th floor is ideal to catch the ocean breeze. You can dine, sun, or just relax on the spacious corner balcony while enjoying a completely unobstructed view of the beautiful Marco Island sunsets! You'll even see the occasional dolphin surfacing!

Fully updated kitchen, new appliances, and glass tiled back-splash with under-cabinet lighting. Recently installed water filter with dedicated faucet provides clear, clean drinking water and also filters the ice maker. No need to purchase bottled water.

Full sized washer and dryer. Although laundry, I'm sure, will not be your priority on Marco, these high-capacity machines will allow you to quickly return to the business of relaxing.

Master Bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed, walk in closet, and 32" flat screen TV. The Master Bathroom has a fantastic walk in shower with great water pressure.

Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed, private bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet.

A comfortably large living room with a brand new 43" flat screen. Cable is provided on both flat screens. IHome System and WI-FI internet service included. Smart TVs and Roku give you access to your streaming accounts.

Relax on the balcony complete with a table for four chairs and two comfortable chaise lounges. Completely unobstructed views of the Gulf so you can enjoy those beautiful Marco Island sunsets.

The Sea Winds recently renovated its lobby and both elevators. It boasts a beautiful heated pool and separate spa, and cabana room, 2 Tennis courts, one converted for Pickle Ball, (Pickle Ball equipment included) and ample parking. It is located at the quiet, southern end of Marco Island, but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. In fact, the building to the south has a beach front restaurant if you're in need of something quick.

Plenty of beach activities are right outside the door. A brief walk up the beach will make jet skis, sailing, and para-sailing available to you. Coolers, beach chairs and loungers, umbrellas, boogie boards, and rafts are provided. The Sea Winds has ample parking with a $50 fee payable (for the entire length of your stay) to the Sea Winds directly.

SeaWinds 6th Floor

Overall, our stay and unit were very nice. Communication with Jim the owner was very good and he was very accommodating. My only suggestions for improvement are to make sure the cleaners do a better job of dusting, as the unit was more dusty than we would have liked, and to upgrade some of the beach supplies such as umbrellas, beach cart, etc.

Condo was underwhelming:(

We enjoyed Marco Island but did not find the condo as updated as it shows online. The cleaners did not do a great job for our arrival; sheets were not changed and smelled terrible. The shower had hair in the drain and there was food on the carpeting by the sofa. Fortunately we were able to still enjoy our family trip and we didnt spend alot of time in the unit. Will want to do better research next time.

Sea Winds 606

What a great property! The location, size, atmosphere and amenities were perfect for our family if 4. The condo had everything we needed for a fantastic week even down to necessities for the beach. There were games, books and binoculars so you don’t need to pack your own. Jim was attentive from the moment we booked until after we got home. The process of picking up keys and checking in was flawless. I am one that worries about cleanliness but had no worries here. If you want an end spot for privacy as well as the amazing views, this is the place for you. Thanks for such a memorable visit!

Amazing views from end unit condo

We have stayed in many condos on South Marco and loved this unit. It is on the end so you have unobstructed views of the beach. The balconies are all flush so you do have privacy from your neighbors’ balconies. It provided a more isolated and relaxing experience for us. Our primary intent is to enjoy the beach and so we eat in every evening and the condo was well equipped for that. We had everything we needed! It was well furnished and very comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, etc were provided. The owner was helpful, responsive and clearly wanted his guests to have a great experience.

Perfect location!

This was our second trip to Marco and to this condo complex. We previously stayed in a top floor interior unit. I was concerned staying at a lower unit would bring more noise, but this 6th floor end unit was perfect! Jim, the owner, was very communicative leading up to our stay and throughout to ensure our stay was meeting all of our expectations. He checked in with me day 1 to see if we needed anything, an experience I have never had with any previous places I have rented. The unit was as expected and is very well equipped! I did share that the tile floor could use a professional cleaning, but only due to it being of high traffic in a beach community. The previous renter also left behind trash in the storage unit and beach chairs, but that was not the fault of the owner or cleaners. Hence the 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, we had a perfect week of weather, the location is perfectly located on the beach with direct, private access, and stunning Marco sunsets. I would 1000% stay in this unit again!

Overall the property is well-maintained. Our Family of 5 (kids-14,12,9) really liked the accessibility of the location. We easily moved back and forth from the beach, pool, and condo throughout the day. We felt very comfortable leaving our gear at the beach when we went up for breaks, to return later. This specific unit had a nice selection of beach gear for our use.,,i.e. chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, toys, and boogie boards. Thank you Jim for your great communication and your prompt responses to our questions.

An Excellent Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at Sea Winds. Unit 606 felt like home from the fully stocked kitchen, the over-stocked “beach locker” with everything you need to spend a glorious day at the beach to the “book cupboard” loaded with books that we even donated to. Jim has thought of everything in this immaculate unit. All you have to bring to complete your stay are your clothes and groceries. Oh did I happen to mention the unit came complete with a washer and dryer (nice touch) and even a Brita Water Filter Pitcher, only because I asked and he accommodated. Jim was always accessible if you needed his advice or suggestion for a great restaurant. We’ve been going to Aruba for a number of years but honestly have to say our visit to Marco Island has us second guessing that destination and instead returning to Sea Winds 606. ALL AS ADVERTISED

If you're not looking for the traffic and congestion when taking your vacation...Marco Island is for you. We just returned home from our week in Marco.First off, my compliments to the owner Jim who was a complete gentleman. He was genuinely concerned about us with the tropical storm. He even offered us an extra night if our flight was cancelled. We had to cut our trip one day short because of ISAAC. No worries we had a blast. The condo was clean, and had plenty of towels, chairs and all kinds of stuff for beach activities for the kids. It felt like home! FORGET THAT BAD REVIEW OF THE TWIN BEDS. My kids slept very well in them. We enjoyed movie nights with the kids the beach was cleaned DAILY! The water was so calm you don't have to worry so much about the kids. The condo was amazing. The view was spectacular! Coffee every morning gazing at the beach, and sunset dinners every night! Don't think twice about staying at a hotel, unless YOU'RE TOO WORRIED ABOUT LUGGING YOUR OWN bags. THE perfect place to stay! All the amenities you need with a picture perfect view! Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Extremely clean and family friendly. The building is secure and safe. I will be going again!

We had an issue with the refrigerator in the unit. The owner was responsive and sent over a loaner and has since ordered a new fridge. I was impressed with his commitment to making sure our stay wasn't interrupted and sent someone to handle the transfer of our items in the old fridge to the new one which was much appreciated as well as sent us a gift card for the inconvenience to a local restaurant. The unit had tons of bath and beach towel and everything we needed for the beach.

Sea Winds 606 was Fantastic!

We recently spent three weeks at Sea Winds 606, and it was an incredible experience! The condo was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The owner was very easy to contact and made the entire booking and stay process seamless. The location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and shops, so everything was conveniently close. I highly recommend Sea Winds 606 for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect Marco

Located on the south end of Marco, close enough to everything you need but far enough to not feel crowded. The condo is lovely, contains everything you need for a perfect stay including gorgeous sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay. Marco Island Beach is beautiful and the condo had all the creature comforts we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Beautiful View

The property was as advertised and nice to be on the corner of the building to see the extended beach from inside. The rooms had ample space to stretch out. The weather did not cooperate so we could not do as much outside as we would have liked. Location is excellent and parking / entrance easy to navigate. Building is a bit dated but one of the first condos on the island so there is history there that can’t be beat. Merry Christmas to all!

Spectacular place

We were so pleased with our stay at Sea Winds on Marco Island, Florida. The condo was loaded with every day things that you would need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to a full sized washer and dryer, and everything for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler. We had a corner unit which provided us with spectacular views from morning to sunset. And a big thanks to our host, Jim, who walked us through every aspect of our stay, which was so helpful. If we needed anything he was just a text or phone call away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beachfront views

The view from the condo was just wonderful. Sunsets are beautiful right from the balcony. The whole condo was outfitted with everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, great beach towels, even a wagon to pull it all to the beach. The king bed in the master was so comfortable. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided the entire week. We loved our stay and hope to stay next year.

Wonderful place to stay

Great place to stay. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, beach towels and plenty of beach toys and accessories. The owner’s communication was prompt and had lots of useful ideas. When we asked about the pickle ball courts, we were told there were no paddles to rent, but he purchased some for the unit for us to use upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again.
