Loved my stay! Super cute space! As others have said parking is somewhat tight, but I was driving a Jeep Wrangler 4 door and had no issues. Great communication from Lisa before my stay with instructions for check in!

I do expect honesty in the property description.Yes, there is parking but it is extremely limited if you drive anything other than a Corolla or Prius you’re not gonna be able to get in . As for the private pool, it is not private. It is a shared pool.I did not even spend the night

Lisa was a great host with a great place. She was very communicative, responsive, and included a plethora of recommendations. The Carriage House was clean, convenient to downtown, the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The lagoon pool offered a nice reprieve from the heat, and the place also included beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The AC worked great too. Parking was a bit tight and required some maneuvering, but I appreciated that onsite/off street parking was provided. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Small but comfortable for 2 adults in the historic district. We were able to walk to St Pete’s pier. Numerous coffee shops within walking distance. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and nutrigrain bars. Lisa also had a great resource book with lots of information on the area as well as suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Awesome place, awesome owner!

The property was comfortable, well appointed and well located. The owner was awesome, responding quickly to questions and very attentive. Local restaurants were good and the bus line easy to access and use to get to downtown and to the beaches. A great trip and I will definitely be staying at one of her properties again!

Saint Petersburg Carriage House

Such a dynamite property, location, and compound. Lisa, the owner, was dynamite to deal with, and the house was very clean. The salt water dip pool was fantastic as was the location to downtown. We would stay here again for sure.

LOVED MY STAY

The property was clean, private and beautiful. Host was responsive and was able to help me right away with any questions I had. The property was in the most perfect location 6 minutes or less away from anything we wanted to do in town and 15 minutes to the beach.

Relaxing stay in wonderful St Pete neighborhood

Sweet efficiency apartment close to everything. Bikes included! Adorable little pool and peaceful waterfall right outside the door. Wonderful, affordable little Carriage House.
