Great place, could be more kid-friendly

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, very nice and secure building. Needs more amenities for very small children: a high chair, crib, lower dining table, seats with backs, a stepstool would be nice. A new pack n' play was provided after we asked for a crib for our infant. Mattress in bedroom was a bit too soft and the bedroom A/C weak. We all ended up sleeping on the living room pull-out sofa bed. Otherwise, everything was fine, although for the sky-high prices everyone is asking for this area now, we expected more.

Not like you see in the pictures

The property is on the beach area but you need to cross a busy road and walk three blocks. The property face the parking lot. I was a little confused because in the advertising pictures look totally different. Needs some works done. Bathroom shower was from cold to extremely hot. Remote control that access the electric garage never worked even we changed the battery. We always had to asked the security guard to open for us. One good thing was the air conditioner. The building is clean and we felt very safe. But again, apartment needs lots of updates. Thanks

Good condo

It was a good property but could afford some updates. Cracked floor tiles and poor countertops/kitchen other then that the stay was good. Manager was responsive when we had an issue but the security lady was annoying.

Nice family getaway

Had a few issues at check in with cleanliness of the bathroom and the A/C in the bedroom but they took care of the issues promptly. All in had an amazing trip and the accommodations were good. Would book this property again.
