Beautiful San Juan

A very nice location, just a short walk to the beach. Multiple restaurants very close. It was an easy Uber ride to the port and also old San Juan.The condo has a nice pool and deck as well!

Awesome spot. Selection of restaurants close by. Grocery store close by. Pharmacy close b. This place had beach chairs and an umbrella which was greatly appreciated. We ate in 1/2 the time which worked out fine

The property itself was ok but the bed is only a small queen and the biggest downfall is you have to walk a long way to get to the beach. Even though you can see it from the property you have to walk at least 3/4 mile out of the way to get to the beach. I picked this property because it states it's a 3 minute walk to beach which it is not and lugging chairs, coolers and towels makes it challenging also. The host was good at communicating though.

Apartment is as described. What’s not described is the lack of hot water the first night. The wrong code to get into the locked box that has the key so we had to call to find out how to get into the apartment and were provided a new code. The close proximity to the airport left it hard to sleep with the sound of airplanes along with the canopy that flapped continuously in the wind keeping us awake both nights we were there. Limited tv options with weak cable signals.

Jenniffer, we are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. According to our description, we are close to the airport, and the sound of airplanes is unavoidable. Regarding the access code, you are right; there was an error, but as soon as you contacted us, we assisted you by providing the correct one. As for the hot water, it is available, but the connection is reversed. However, as soon as you inquired, we assisted you the next morning.

Clean but tiny

The rooms were tiny compared to the pictures. The TV only allowed 3 or 4 stations. It advertised a few steps to the beach about 3min and it takes 9 to 10 min. What was troubling was today at 4:30 AM the whole building lost electricity. There was no backup generators. That’s no lighting. The elevators were not functioning and we had to walk down 12 flights of steps with our luggage. This is a huge safety issue, and I hope the building codes addressed in the future

What can I say. This place was amazing. Mailyn was a complete professional, Communicating with her was a breeze. The place felt like home. Cool (the ac was spectacular) Calm and Cozy. Had good sleep on the bed after a great day sight seeing and going to the beach. Love the pool. Especially my late night swims. Love the deck. Mailyn was great with my dilemma about checking out at 11 when I had to got to the airport at around 3:30 or 4 for my 6:30 flight. Didn't want to wait around with luggage. She worked with me and that gave us time to hang out by the pool. I will stay there again real soon and recommend this place to my family and friends... Love you 12M!!!!!

Lovely apt in perfect location

This is a studio apt in a condo building. Location could not be more perfect. You’re right by Isla Verde beach (a large beautiful beach on the Atlantic - great waves but not too rough and long enough to get in a good long beach walk every day). You can get to the beach through one of the many hotels next to the condo or walk 5 mins to one of the public access streets. There are great restaurants and bars to enjoy in the hotels. A large drug store nearby has all the water, wine and sunscreen you might need. The unit is very nice and very clean, a bit small (about the size of a large hotel room with a kitchenette) and the bed was a queen not a king. But it’s stocked with everything you need - even beach chairs and towels. There’s a fob included with the keys so it’s easy to get in & out of the condo building and main gate. Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive (about 25 to Old San Juan) so this unit is a particularly great option if you don’t want to rent a car.
