The condo has 2 very quiet (mini split) remote air conditioners, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24-hour front desk security guard. Location, Location, Location. That was the #1 reason I purchased this condominium. It is located right in the middle of everything and I mean everything. Ie. Beach, casinos, restaurant, transportation, shopping you name it. I'm sure you will agree once you stay in my place.
