Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the modern, clean space and the unbeatable location just steps from the beach. While there’s no pool onsite, we're glad the beach amenities and friendly atmosphere made up for it. We’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you very much for staying with us and for the 10/10 rating. We’re glad to hear you found the unit a nice size and that you had a pleasant stay overall. A few notes for future guests based on your comments: Bathroom layout: This studio does have a more modern, open-concept design, and the bathroom is located just off the kitchen area with frosted barn-style doors. The frosted glass is intended to allow light while still providing privacy, but we understand the layout can feel a bit unconventional depending on what guests are used to. View from the balcony: ESJ Towers is a beachfront building, and the unit offers a sea/ocean view from the balcony. Because it’s in an active resort area, the view also includes nearby buildings—so it’s not a completely unobstructed panorama, but you can absolutely see the water and enjoy the coastal setting. Airport proximity: We’re also happy the location worked well for you. Being close to the airport is definitely convenient for arrivals and departures, and some guests do enjoy the unique experience of watching planes take off. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing our place. We’d be happy to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We are delighted to hear that the check-in process was seamless and that the photo instructions, parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and overall comfort of the condo helped make your stay enjoyable. We also appreciate you mentioning the back gate hours, as details like these can be very helpful for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the room. Many of the beachfront condo buildings in Isla Verde were built in the 1960s–1980s, so it’s common for some common areas to reflect their age. That said, the buildings are very solid and hurricane-resistant, and we keep our apartment itself modern, clean, and comfortable so guests can relax and enjoy their stay. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you again.

We’re delighted you enjoyed our condo. We agree—the direct beach access through the gate makes staying here extra special. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the studio, the view, and the easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. It’s wonderful that you were able to be close to your godparents and explore San Juan with ease. We truly appreciate your appreciation, and it was a pleasure communicating with you. You’re welcome back anytime!

It was a pleasure hosting you both, and we truly appreciate how well you cared for the space. You’re always welcome back anytime—whether it’s just the two of you again or with the whole family in the future. Looking forward to hosting you on your next visit to San Juan! 🌴✨

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 💛 I’m especially happy to hear that you felt safe and comfortable during your stay, as that’s very important to us—particularly for solo female travelers. Isla Verde is a well-known tourist area with lots of visitors, and our building has controlled access and a calm atmosphere, which many guests appreciate for peace of mind. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the 10/10 view and watching the planes take off (one of our favorite things about the condo too!). Thank you also for mentioning the cleanliness and communication. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you are always welcome back at our Isla Verde beachfront condo whenever you return to Puerto Rico. ✈️🌊🌴

Thank you for staying with us and for your kind words! 😊 We’re glad to hear the check-in and stay went smoothly. And great advice — our AC works very efficiently, so we recommend setting it around 77°F (25°C) for a comfortable temperature. There’s no need to set it below 70°F, as it can get quite chilly. Hope to welcome you back again soon!
