Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
Would not return
Huge problems checking in. We arrived in a late plane and get to the apartment only to find that the key lockbox code the owner had given us, didn't work. She didn't answer any of our calls for help. We finally after an hour, getting help from the guard and EF husband, figured out the combination, which wasn't the one we'd been given. Then we get into the apartment only to find there were no sheets or cover for the futon. So,
if you're wanting to actually use the futons make sure you tell her, or there will be no sheets to use.
The location was ok, but the building and apartment are in need of some repairs ((paint peeling, mold, outdated, etc)
This is also not the beach that you can swim in, fast drop-off and riptide. Better to go to the Isla Verde beach.
It was also not very clean. The kitchen back splash on the stove and the fridge were very dirty.
I will not be staying here again, especially since we almost had to rent a hotel room when we'd been given the wrong code and then the owner never responded to our many calls until the next day.
