The beautifully renovated unit, in mint condition, is in the premier tourist area of Condado Beach, also, known as the “Soho” of San Juan. The views are spectacular and this ‘home away from home’ is tastefully furnished with a King Size Pillow-top bed and comfy pillows for your comfort, along with a new 43" SMART TV to Stream your favorite programming.

Step outside onto your balcony and take endless "selfies," with the ocean as your backdrop. After all, you ARE located "ON THE BEACH!" Best of all, a wide balcony overlooks the ocean and features seating to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The sound of the surf will lull you to sleep each night.

Dreamy ocean views, about which songs are written, this beach front studio makes for a romantic honeymoon or peaceful beach front vacation. If paddle boarding, kayaking or wind surfing are more your speed, they are available at the nearby Condado Lagoon, which is within walking distance. If you choose to maintain your personal fitness routine, while on vacation, you will find a gym just around the corner.  

If sitting on the sand and gazing out at the surf is your preference, we provide 2 lightweight comfy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels and a cooler.

The surf can get rough, and there are no life guards…swim at your own risk. Always swim with a buddy and/or when the surf is calm.

Whether you rent a car or not, (Parking available upon request) you must check out the charms of historical Old San Juan, which is a short bus ride away and the bus stop is just down the street. You will discover works of art by local artisans and experience local cuisine, amidst the 500-year old architecture.

“El Condado” is known for its spectacular stretch of pristine white sandy beach. In addition to its splendid beaches, this location offers luxury hotels, fantastic bars & restaurants, boutiques, night spots and several casinos, all of which are within a short walking distance of the condo. More specifically, Condominium Stella Maris is right next door to the San Juan Marriott Resort & Casino, La Concha Hotel, and neighbors to Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Mont Blanc, just to mention a few.

The nearest pool is located next door at the San Juan Marriott Resort. Day passes are available which includes Fitness Room, Pool, and $20 credit towards food & beverage.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%, unless I am able to re-book their dates, in which case they will get back 100% of what they paid.
