We had a great stay and the apartment was exactly as described. The location was excellent and made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and nearby shops. The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful and a highlight of the trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and check-in was very easy. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Condado. Location! Location! Location! Easy walk to great restaurants and beaches in Condado. We also walked down to Viejo San Juan 3 few times. It was great waking up and having our coffee on the balcony looking over the ocean. The building is clean and secure and the condo offered everything we needed.

The location was great. It was in a safe area. The building was well secured. I felt safe leaving my teenage son there by himself. It was walking distance to the beach, convenient stores and a short Uber drive to Viejo San Juan. The space was clean and it had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Ocean view in Condado

This was a very nice condo with a beautiful view. It’s on the main street so it’s busy and loud which didn’t bother us but could bother others. It’s very convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach, casino, parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host responded to any questions immediately and was very gracious!

The main highlight of this place is the location and views. However, the apartment could use more thorough cleaning and some updates. It’s also worth noting that the AC is only in the bedroom, and the beach chairs were unfortunately not usable. It would also enhance the experience if the host provided small touches like water bottles upon arrival and some recommendations for nearby dining, as more detailed guidance overall would be helpful.

It was only on the final day that multiple issues were raised, along with a request for a discount and a free stay. We always strive to address any concerns promptly when they are communicated to us during the stay, as this gives us the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, last-minute complaints make it difficult for us to assist effectively and can feel inconsistent with the overall experience described earlier. We kindly encourage future guests to communicate any issues as they arise so we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
