The Isla Verde Tower condo has direct access to the main exit, Baldorioti de Castro Boulevard, located five minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJ) and conveniently situated in front of the supermarket. It is very close to hotels, casinos, good restaurants, nightclubs, and recognized shopping centers. We are as close as 10 minutes from Old San Juan, Condado Avenue, and the Convention Center/Coca-Cola Music Hall.
From our apartment, located on the sixth floor, you can enjoy the city view and beautiful view of the bay. We have direct access to the renowned beach of Isla Verde and have two parking lots available within the building grounds.
In our cozy property, we offer you a space of one room with a queen bed, mattress of extreme comfort, and high-quality bed linen. A bath with the availability of luxury products for your enjoyment and a blower for your use. The Living room is prepared with a full-size futon to accommodate one or two additional guests. Within the facilities, you have a 52" TV with access to Roku TV, Netflix, and YouTube among others. We offer you a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic kitchen utensils. In case you need to do work during your stay, you have high-resolution Wi-Fi and an excellent desk with an ergonomic chair for better comfort. To enjoy the beach, you have available towels and beach chairs for two people. You can find them in our great closet where you will accommodate your belongings and will have the washer and dryer service in case you want to use them.
