This unit was excellent and very well taken care of. It has updated decor (especially the bathrooms) and all the accessories that one could think of needing. They even had golf putters for the miniature golf area. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive to questions. The unit is close to the beach and is essentially poolside. Great unit!

This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures are spot on it is absolutely beautiful. Easy beach access to a picture perfect beach, convenient location, and the owners are amazing. Every time I sent a message, had a question, or needed help the response from Julie and her husband were immediate. I would give this place 5 stars and highly recommend for a girls trip or family vacation. No complaints here and we will be back! Thank you so much Julie!!!!

Weekend Getaway

We had lots of fun, Julie's place is very nice and cozy. I would suggest they place some sort of lamp/nightlight in the rooms. If i could change anything it would be the poor water pressure, it was very difficult to even wash a cup not to mention taking a bath, and although we were in a non-smoking apt, the neighbors visitors would stand right in front of our entrance to smoke. (for these 2 things did not rate it 5 stars)

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Julie’s place was cute, clean, well maintained and a pleasure to stay 10 days in. We loved the Aquatika complex and were able to enjoy the pools and beach owners by them over several days. Additionally, the location allowed us to be in reasonable driving distance of various activities we had planned. The apartment had coolers, beach chairs and games for us to play which were a great addition for our beach adventures. The check in and out process was fluid with the electronic lock and Julie responded very quickly to any and all questions. My only recommendation would be for a slightly larger coffee pot , as we had to make several pots for our group of 6-8 people. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a short walk from the beautiful beach and the pool was just outside the front door. It is a perfectly located. We loved the amenities such as basketball, tennis, swimming and mini golf. The condo was well equipped with basketball, mini golf balls and putters, and beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals. The condo was clean and updated. We had effective and helpful communication between us and the owners. We would love to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Paradise. Plenty of room for our family of five and the pools and beach access were just steps away. Easy drive from the property to activities to the east (ziplines, ATVs, etc.) and San Juan to the west.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying in Julia’s downstairs three bedroom apartment unit. We appreciated the included golf clubs to enjoy at the putt putt golf greens. The kids love the pools as well as the soccer and basketball courts. We would definitely come back!

The condo I saw online was not the condo I stayed in but it was equally nice, but it made it a little uncomfortable planning. The directions were not clear and the phone signal was terrible do not rely on your GPS. But the property was amazing, the owners were very helpful and my family had a great time. If you are looking to get away from the commercial tourist areas this place is perfect!!! It was the peace we were looking for on this vacation.

Resort like condos for short term vacation rental. Aquatika offers the best experience in Vacation Villas in Puerto Rico. Live the experience of a tropical forest, five pools including cascades, pool slide, water park features, beach view, two jacuzzis, BBQ facilities, sports areas and the best beach in Loiza. The complex have a beautiful tropical forest and landscaping settings to relax.

Why they chose this property

Our three apartments are up to date, very clean, comfortable and completely updated with lots of thoughtful touches and decorations including all the amenities you could possibly need, plus more. Our three apartments are located in the same building, ideally situated in Aquatika, directly across from two of the pools and one of the hot tubs. It is also a short walk to the beach. Take advantage of a spectacular pool view from the outdoor balconies of the two first floor apartments.
You will love especially the breezy roof-top patio where we you can play pool each night under the lights. Our Cozy Apartments are the perfect getaway!

We will be on call for you from checkin to checkout in order to assure you an unforgettable experience in Aquatika.

We include beach and bath towels. Sheets and pillows. In the bathroom we include shampoo, conditioner and body shower (travel size) for your use. In the kitchen we also include a coffee maker, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and some spices.

The complex is designed as a resort with 5 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzi, private access to the beach, mini golf, basketball courts, tennis and sand volleyball, playground for children.
