Newly renovated home with two master suites and one Bedroom studio with bedroom and bath on second floor. Pull out luxury mattress for added sleeping. Enjoy the amazing inground pool or hot tub after a day at the track or even just for some R&R. Walking distance to the track, Saratoga Casino, SPAC, Siro’s, Horseshoe inn, Pennell’s and many more great restaurants. Walking distance to Broadway. If you’re looking for something fun to do, Saratoga Lake it’s just a short drive. If you want to sit back and relax we have a comfortable sectional couch with large TVs in living room, great room and bedrooms.

This is my home that I open up to guests during Saratoga track season. A long standing tradition here, where many residents share their homes to welcome visitors. My house is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked so you can feel comfortable and cared for.
What makes this property unique
This isn't just a rental, this is my personal home, opened to guests during track season, just like many long time residents have done for generations. The pool and hot tub make this unique in my area being so close to the track and restaurants.
