Your 2-room apartment, which sleeps 4 people and measures 26 m², includes:

- A furnished terrace shaded by an awning overlooking the green spaces;

- Living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2);

- Fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, cutlery, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and washing machine.

- Bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2);

- Bathroom with shower and toilet;

- The Port Lano holiday residence in Cap d'Agde has a private car park: Parking space No. 109;

- Swimming pool with a paddling pool and a tennis court.



The “Port Lano” resort is ideally located:

- 350 metres from La Roquille Beach;

- 800 metres from shops;

- 1 km from the harbour.



Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost:

-End-of-stay cleaning: €87

-Sheet package: €16 per bed

-Towel package: €12 per kit per person



A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
