Disfruta de una casa única y de gran historia. Originalmente hecha de paja a principios del siglo pasado, renovada en las décadas posteriores y después de un período inabitable se procede a la intervención total del sitio en 2020 para dar lugar a un espacio emblemático en una de las zonas con más tradición de la Mérida antigua.
Construida con materiales de la región que se representa en el chukúm, el concreto pulido, pisos de pasta tradicionales y muros mampostería.
Un espacio cercano al aeropuerto de merida que para la relajación en el corazón de una de las ciudades más bonitas de México.
La casa de la 95 te espera para conocer a escasos metros el histórico cementerio general, el monumento a Pedro Infante, la feria de xcalachén y a 5 min de la ermita de Santa Isabel.

I'm from Mérida Yucatán, but I had to move temporarily to Texas, so there is our special place to share with all our love to you. I'm a very environmental person, love humanity, animals and culture.

Why they chose this property

This is a very special neighborhood since my grandparents lived here and my mom growed up here, we know most of the neighbors and we love the community ambiance. It is a very wooded area since the neighboring houses retain their large patios with large trees, so the landscape from the terrace is pretty.
It is not a luxurious neighborhood and still retains its provincial air that makes it a very peaceful place in the afternoons.

What makes this property unique

The space is peaceful and our co-hostb (Liz)who lives very near from the house definitely makes the experience special.
We appreciate human warmth and direct treatment with guests. In an era where everything is automated and impersonal, we are the difference.
