The villa has a heated swimming pool from April to September. This magnificent swimming pool is 15 metres long and 4 metres wide and is equipped with a beach so that the little ones can enjoy it in complete safety.
An automatic curtain allows the pool to be closed in the evening to keep the water at temperature, it is also an excellent way to secure people and especially children.
The swimming pool is heated between April and September and is exposed to the sun from morning to evening. A magnificent Apulian stone terrace gives an exceptional character to this ensemble. It is a wonderful place to rest.
10 sunbeds with towels and a professional parasol allow you to relax in a quiet and luxurious setting.
On the terrace around the pool, 4 outdoor speakers mounted on the wall confirm this luxury and allow you to listen to music thanks to your favourite music app combined with free WIFI to brighten up those beautiful holiday days but also your evenings.
For your enjoyment, guests can play pétanque on the grounds adjacent to the villa. Pétanque balls are available for 8 people.
Located right next to the bowling green, two fully tiled outdoor terraces, each terrace is equipped with a 16 square metre pergola. From these terraces you can sip a cold lemonade or the drink you want and at the same time you can follow the game of petanque that is taking place right next door.
The first terrace has a table with a resolutely modern design that can accommodate 12 people. The table top is made of glass. The seats and backrests of the chairs are made of canvas, suitable for outdoor conditions for total comfort
The second terrace is equipped with white aluminium garden furniture. The voluminous seat cushions and soft backrests are in mottled grey. The set consists of a corner sofa with armrest, an armchair with double armrest and two coffee tables.

A shared bathroom located in front of the 4th bedroom is equipped with a shower, bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
