Step inside to find a renovated living space with tile floors, new windows, new sliding doors, and a new kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops (including a peninsula bar with seating for guests), and stainless steel appliances. Move into a dining space with a glass-top table and a comfortable living room with a TV, and open the sliding shutters to reveal a spacious, screened-in balcony with plush furniture and peeks of Collier Bay through the palms. The primary bedroom enjoys direct access to the balcony as well. Other wonderful amenities include central air conditioning and free WiFi throughout the condo, a TV in each of the bedrooms (and a Blu-ray in the primary), and beautiful on-site facilities such as a large heated pool with a spa and a sundeck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
