Great apartment, very clean and tidy. Washer and dryer work very well, kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything that you will need for your stay. We were impressed with the building and surroundings, very quiet and relaxing. We already booked another stay next month!

Had a great few days at Marco island. The condo was a short walk to the beach. The condo was very well equipped & clean, beds we comfortable and well supplied kitchen. We’d definitely stay again.

Nice updated condo in a great location

Great location at the south end of the island. Condo is decorated nicely and had all the amenties our family needed, specifically was equipped with crib and other infant care items. Beach is a short walk and good restaraunts located near by. Would highly recommend the property and hope to be back this year.

Girls trip

Every was just as stated. Great location. Beach chairs and a cooler were just what we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Loved this place. We definitely go here again.

Just what we needed..

Just checked out this morning and this property was everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach, walking distance to a good range of different restaurants at different price points and a perfect pool and hot tub on the complex. We got to meet some of the neighbors and they could not have been nicer. All in all, this property had everything we needed for a week in Marco Island.

Working Weekend

Had a wonderful first time in Marco Island. The condo was beautiful, quite, and updated! The walk to the beach was just perfect and had everything we needed. We enjoyed several local restaurants. Our favorite was the Tiki Bar on the water at Angler's Cove, layed back, and perfect. The owner was quick to respond to initial contact and follow up emails. I would highly recommend this unit for friend, family and future trips!

All the comforts of home

Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean and cute. Short walk to the beach. We all loved our stay very much! Keep in mind, this is not a hotel, you need to provide your own things like toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. There are fresh rolls of TP when you check in, but you'll need to get more. This is not a complaint by any means, just a heads up, so you're not looking for any when you run out.

Sunshine Paradise

The photos of the property are pretty accurate, although you can't see all the little details. For example the layout of the master bath is awkward and there isn't anywhere to hang towels, robes, etc in the shower area. Some features of the stove (clock) did not work, screen door was broken but these are just minor issues. The owner was responsive if there was an issue, but it would have been nice to have some written instructions as to operating appliances, handling linens on departure, etc. There are plenty of restaurants/shops either within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is located across the street, but you cannot access it from there so you have to walk a bit, but it's not too far away. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Christmas in Marco

The location was great. Across the street from the beach, not a far walk. The beds were amazing! Full functioning kitchen. Communication with owner was great. Two little things that bothered me was the front door to get into the condo .. that needs to be fixed. Also, I suggest having extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Great property and location

We spent 4 fantastic nights at this property. The condo is spacious and well appointed. You can walk to two beach access points in about 10 minutes. There are also several restaurants within a 10 minute walk. When we return to Marco Island we will be staying here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It is walking distance to the beach and has a cart with beach gear ready to go, had a pool and hot tub on the property, and was very clean and nicely renovated. The host was also so helpful and communicative. Overall, our whole family loved this condo and we will definitely be back!

We decided to buy this apartment because we felt in love with the beautiful island, gorgeous beaches, breathtaking sunsets, white sands, and a neat town that provides everything for you: restaurants/churches/recreation parks/golf/hospitals/supermarkets/marina and etc.! All you can ask in a town, plus amazing scenery. A place to relax and enjoy!

Spacious and beautiful! Apartment with a large balcony that can make breakfast/lunch or dinners even more enjoyable! Open concept kitchen that invites everyone to participate in everything, whether cooking, or having a glass of wine or having tea! 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms! A place for everyone! If you have kids, we have Blueray/DVD Player, 3 LCD TVs convenient located in each bedroom and living room with HD channels to entertain!
