In addition to the epic outdoor space, this home also offers five large bedrooms spread across two levels to help your whole group rest comfortably during your stay in Scottsdale. Each bedroom has cushy mattresses and TVs so all guests can enjoy their favorite programs from the privacy of their rooms.

The primary suite is upstairs and will have you feeling like royalty, with a king-sized bed, a 55” Roku-enabled TV, a reading nook, and a laptop-friendly desk in case you need to get some work done during your stay. There’s also a floor fan for those who like a little white noise as they drift off to sleep. Guests in this room will enjoy access to a private ensuite bathroom with a spacious dual vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a luxe soaking tub for easing sore muscles after a long day of hiking the nearby trails.

The next bedroom upstairs also has a King sized bed and a smart TV.

Another upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed. This room also has a connecting bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. In yet another bedroom on this level, you’ll find two twin-sized beds. Downstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed.

The fifth bedroom is sure to host many memorable sleepovers amongst guests both young and young at heart. There are two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds along with a comfy queen-sized bed in the center of the room. There’s also a flat-screen TV and an Xbox to provide hours of endless entertainment.

The third bathroom is located on the lower level and is shared by the common area and downstairs Queen bedroom. This bathroom features a sleek and spacious vanity and a shower/tub combination.

All linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom, a hair straightener in the primary bathroom, and an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer in the laundry room. We provide a starter supply of complimentary toiletries (hotel-sized), including shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom. Be sure to bring your own supply for longer stays!

The modern kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to channel your inner chef, including stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, spices, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and more. Keep your beverages cool in the wine cooler. You can also make use of the juicer and fruit picker to enjoy fresh juice from the orange and grapefruit trees out back (in season).

The large island is the perfect place for serving snacks and appetizers, and there’s a gorgeous hand-crafted dining table between the kitchen and lounge where you can enjoy meals together.

The lounge sits directly across from the kitchen and dining area and features comfy leather sofas, plush chairs, an electric fireplace, and a Roku-enabled 65” Smart TV for all your streaming needs.

The real entertainment and fun can be found in the game room, on the other side of the kitchen. Here you’ll find a pool table, a foosball table, and awesome arcade games, including Golden Tee, Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, and many other games. Anyone who wants to stick to video games can enjoy the Xbox in the bunk room.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The private resort-like backyard is likely where you’ll spend much of your time at Casa Lindo. The gorgeous pool area includes a beautiful heated* pool and spa with a waterfall, water slide, and Baja shelf, complete with in-water loungers. Assorted floats and pool toys are provided for your convenience so you can make the most of this backyard oasis!

Cook meals in the outdoor bar and lounge space, complete with a BBQ pellet grill, tons of counter space, a large dining area, a patio TV, and plenty of seating areas with misters to keep you cool on hot days.

If you’re here on a golf trip, you can keep your skills sharp even when you’re not on one of the nearby courses by enjoying the putting and chipping green in the large backyard. There’s even more fun to be had with the cornhole boards and a basketball hoop in the front driveway.

There’s enough entertainment at home to spend your entire vacation here, but when you’re ready to explore Scottsdale, you’ll find the convenient location in the Kierland area is close to all the top attractions, including golf courses, local restaurants, and shopping.

Guest Access:

As guests, you will have full access to the entire property except for one locked housekeeping closet. If you’re looking for a party house, we kindly ask that you find a different property. We value our neighbors and we want to ensure they are never disturbed.

We encourage you to enjoy the backyard amenities, including the swimming pool, spa, waterslide, BBQ, putting green, and outdoor living space. The whole family will love the pool table, comfy bedrooms, and full kitchen. There are TVs in all the bedrooms as well as the living room and the game room. Hulu Live is provided to give you access to 65 live TV channels, including all local channels, and high-speed internet. There is no boat or RV parking on site, but there is a garage available for your use.

Please note that there is an additional fee for heating the pool. The temperature will be set at 85 degrees. April/May/October - Pool heating fee is $75 per day. From November to March, the pool heating fee is $100 per day. There is no option to only have the pool heated for certain days of your stay. A pool heating fee request will be automatically sent unless you specifically request no pool heating.

We welcome guests of all ages but ask that you do not allow unsupervised children in the backyard (due to the unfenced pool) or in the garage (due to paint cans and/or pool chemicals).

When booking, you agree to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and your email address so I can send you a separate rental agreement to sign.

Please review the rules/policy and make sure this is the home for you as we don't want any miscommunications. Absolutely NO Parties allowed. We love our neighbors and like to keep it this way.

Please note, there is noise detection software in the backyard to ensure that the property’s quiet hours (10 pm – 8 am) are respected and there are exterior cameras on this property for security and liability reasons. The cameras are not monitored, and will only be checked if there is an issue, such as a complaint from one of the guests or a neighbor.
