Apartment for up to 7 people with 2 large bedrooms, a large living room and a private terrace, in the middle of a plot of 1400 m2, while being close to the beach on foot, a unique environment in Barcarès far from tourist noise
on the 1st floor of a property, you must climb 20 exterior steps (18 and 2 landings) to access the entrance to the apartment
accommodation intended for holidaymakers, this accommodation does not meet the necessary conditions for welcoming workers
the accommodation must be made clean (bins emptied, floors and shower cleaned) or otherwise you must subscribe to the cleaning package of 30 euros from the concierge. The cleaning package DOES NOT INCLUDE unmaking beds, doing dirty dishes and taking your empty bottles to the container.
If you subscribe to the cleaning package, please remove the sheets from the beds, do the dishes or put the dishwasher on with the dirty dishes in it, and do not leave your empty bottles on site.
