Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Dinard, this charming house of style 1930, in 500 meters of the beach of the Priory, of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 500 m². We are waiting for you !

L'Ile Celée, is composed as follows:
The access to the house is done by an external staircase.
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa, armchairs, hi-fi system and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A veranda.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to a balcony.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190).
- Bedroom 3: a pull-out bed (two beds 90×190). Sheets and towels included
- A bathroom with shower.
One of the bedrooms and the shower room have a beautiful view of the sea and Saint Malo.

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 500 m², exposed North/South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A balcony adjoining bedroom 1.

The house is ideally located in Dinard, near the Port Breton Park, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The beach of the Priory is 400 m from the house and can be reached by walking through the park of Port Breton for maximum safety for children.
For the amateurs of excursions of many pedestrian ways are easily accessible.
The city of Dinard offers a particularly rich cultural program in all seasons. Conferences, guided tours, exhibitions, various activities, British film festival etc...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the garage in the basement of the house (1 vehicle) or on the private place outside near the garage.
- Shuttle: The city shuttle serves the top of the rue de l'Isle Celée.
- Bus stop at 4 minutes walking distance.
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo (15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard (8 minutes by car), Rennes (1h20) or Nantes (2h30)

- Sheets and towels included.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation is accessible by the outside stairs and by the garage.
- For the amateurs of fishing on foot, ad hoc material.
- Two bicycles are available in the garage (please return them in the same condition as received).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
