Séjour agréable. Il manque juste une place de parking et une supérette à proximité. Les boulangeries et commerce de bouche sont excellents.

Appréciations générales sur l'appartement

Appartement très bien situé, très lumineux, propre et calme. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d'équipements en cuisine - il manque un grille-pain, une bouilloire et un peu plus de vaisselle - Les ustensiles de cuisine sont trop usagés. Précision importante : L'appartement est conçu idéalement pour un couple et non pas pour une famille avec enfants (gros manque d'intimité). Les photos de l'appartement prêtent à confusion sur la situation de l'unique chambre. Il faut savoir que l'entrée de l'appartement se fait par la chambre qui ne dispose pas de porte de séparation avec le séjour. Autre inconvénient : trouver des places de parking au mois d'août dans le quartier est un sport ! Appartement décoré avec goût, idéal pour un couple.

Idéal pour découvrir Dinard

Appartement très bien situé et au calme. Tout peut se faire à pieds. La plage est à proximité ainsi que les chemins côtiers. Bon relationnel avec le propriétaire.

Très bel appartement situé dans un petit village breton au charme bucolique.

Le propriétaire est charmant et très réactif. L’appartement est très propre et correspond très bien aux photos sur le site. C’est un endroit très calme! Le logement est idéalement situé à quelques minutes des petits commerces et de la plage de St Enogat. Une magnifique promenade longeant la mer permet d’aller jusqu’à Dinard en moins de 30 minutes, un pur bonheur pour les amoureux de la mer et de la nature. Nous y reviendrons certainement !

Appartement très lumineux ! Proche de tous les commerces et de la plage. Ma voiture est restée sur place pas trop loin de l’appartement pendant toute la semaine et nous nous sommes promenées en bus, bateau où à pied! Très belle ville

Week-end à dinard.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, en famille. Location au 2ème étage, accueillante, propre et très bien équipée. Quartier calme et très bien située. Proche du centre et de ses commerces. Plages, casino, embarcadère pour St Malo à proximités.

Eine sehr schöne Woche im Dinard

Die Mansardenwohnung bietet für 3 Personen genug Platz. Unsere Bikes konnten am Haus unter einer Überdachung abgestellt werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Bäcker kann fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Auch das Zentrum von Dinard kann zügig erreicht werden.

Super week-end à Dinard

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce très bel appartement propre et bien équipé. Propriétaire disponible et réactif. Le seul petit point négatif est le stationnement, pas évident de trouver de la place dans la rue en plein week-end de Pâques mais une fois stationnée, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds et c'est très appréciable !

Destination plaisante, nous avons apprécié le chemin de ronde, de belles balades !

L' appartement est très agréable, lumineux, et au calme. Il serait judicieux de signaler dans l annonce qu' il est situé au 2ème étage avec un escalier étroit et sans rampe entre le 1er et 2ème étage ( pour des personnes vieillissantes) Sinon le propriétaire est accueillant et sympathique.
