Mise a part, une salle de bain trop petite et une pièce de rangement trop grande, le logement est calme et assez proche du centre. Belle vue du balcon place de parking couvert privative pour un prix raiso'nable.

Salle de bain très exiguë, devrait être signalé, car les personnes en bon poids ne pourraient s'y doucher, de même que les WC, pour ma part 46k je faisais attention à ne pas faire tomber les parois de douche. Sinon réaction immédiate de l'agence pour problème, le reste bien, sans plus, la terrasse est bien située et agréable.

notre logement était vraiment au top avec une superbe vue! rien à dire sur la vaisselle c'est très complet, nous n'avons jamais vu un logement de vacances avec autant de vaisselle, autant de rangements! si c'était à refaire on n'hésiterez pas une seconde! Merci

Cadre et vue magnifique. Équipements tres moyens: Baies vitrées grippées, toiles d'araignée, armoires en plastique, plaque de cuisson vétuste, tiroir de la cuisine cassé, couteaux cassés, douche microscopique.

Vue magnifique !

Très belle terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et Saint-Malo. Heureusement par contre que les jardiniers sont venus pour tailler la haie car pendant nos deux premiers jours, il fallait être debout pour bénéficier de cette vue… dommage. Le ménage par contre laisse à désirer : dessus des plinthes et des radiateurs, angle derrière la télé, quant aux bouches de VMC, il y a fort à faire ! Sinon, appartement confortable dans une résidence hyper sécurisée et calme dans un très beau parc.
