Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 3 (roofed), height 210 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Sejour reposant calme

Une semaine passée au mois de mai proche du centre nous avond tous fait a pied tres peu la voiture dépassant Appartement bien située avec toute commodités Petit point a amélioré le couchage et les oreilles a revoir Nous avons prevu les nôtres Peiti chantier des douaniers a faire et pratique de appartement je recommande si vous aimé marché sympathique

Die Wohnung ist super! Sauber und gemütlich in einer geschlossenen Anlage. Sehr ruhig und parkähnlich gestaltet. Das beste ist die Terasse und der Blick von dort über die gesamte Bucht von St Malo,traumhaft!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, seul bémol, la literie qui n'est pas super. On a eu mal au dos. Pour le reste, petit studio bien aménagé, bien équipé et bien aménagé. Localisation sympa pour de bonnes balades sur le GR.

Dans un cadre sympa avec une belle vue sur la mer. Dommage que le mobilier commence à dater. Bien équipé. Il faut changer la baignoire et le mobilier de jardin. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Dinard que nous avons fait à pied de l'appartement.

Tolle Lage - Immer gerne wieder

Tolle Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick! Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Anlage ist wunderbar ruhig und sehr sauber. Leider befanden sich in der Wohnung noch Hinterlassenschaften der Vorurlauber. Das war das einzige Manko.

Appartement pas propre en arrivant : toiles d'araignées et poussières. Extérieur, plafond et sol sales, mauvaises herbes sur terrasse, toiles d'araignées. Appartement type studio petit mais fonctionnel. Salle de bain petite et très encombrée. Impossibilité de prendre une douche : espace baignoire exigu et tuyau de pommeau de douche trop court. Sur la terrasse, les sièges de table étaient abîmés et inutilisables. Parking trop éloigné du studio : problème transport bagages. Commerces trop éloignés

Ruhige kleine Ferienunterkunft mit schöner Lage

Ferienwohnung sehr klein und mit nicht ausreichendem Platz. Nur Schlafsofa vorhanden. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Kein Platz zur Ablage der Koffer. Aussicht vom Balkon und Lage sehr schön, Tiefgarage sehr dunkel und geringe Höhe. Eine Einweisung in die Geräte und in die Besonderheiten der Anlage (z.B. Zugang und Müllablage) wären empfehlenswert. Das Appartement ist nicht direkt in der Anlage zu finden. Eine Grafik wäre empfehlenswert. Sauberkeit nicht überall vorhanden.

Ideale Lage, schöner Blick

Wenn man allein reist ist das Studio groß genug, zu zweit wäre es recht eng, zumal man das Klappsofa immer wieder auf und zu klappen muss, um sich in dem Zimmer bewegen zu können. Und man muss wirklich alles mitbringen, es ist nichts an Gebrauchsgütern da, wie Salz / Pfeffer oder Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher, zB... Ansonsten ist es aber wunderbar, ich fand die Lage einfach ideal. Dinard und Saint Malo sind einfach wunderschön. Auch Tagestouren kann man von dort gut unternehmen.

Schmutzig und ungepflegte Wohnung

Bei Ankunft sehr schmutzige Wohnung vorgefunden, überall Staub, Spinnenweben und Haare. In Beschreibung steht ein Schlafzimmer, es gibt keins, lediglich eine alte verranzte Schlafcouch. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Studio très fonctionnel. Balcon très spacieux. Vue superbe.

Un plan du domaine devrait être joint aux documents d'entrée dans les lieux. Ainsi la visualisation de celui ci permettrait de compléter les explications écrites et de mieux situer le bâtiment dans lequel est le studio et le garage d'autre part.
