GR.FL: Living room with double sofa bed and kitchen area. Bedroom: double bed. Shower room. WC. Oil-fired central heating (fixed charge 4 euros per day). Jean welcomes guests to his gite which adjoins his home near the banks of the Rance, 5 minutes from St Malo with its beaches of fine sand. There is a patio with garden furniture in front of the gite along with a large communal courtyard with barbecue. 300m from the Rennes-St Malo expressway, the gite is ideally placed for discovering the Bay of Mont St Michel and Cancale. Close to the banks of the Rance, this farmhouse in a quiet and relaxing place is well located geographically for many visits.
