Your home for Adventures in Vail!

We're looking for up to four mature adults who will treat our home as if it were your own. If that's you, we look forward to hearing from you. Additionally we will work personally to make sure your stay with us will be given the utmost attention!

We're confident you will have a wonderful stay at our place!

Located approximately 500 yards to the Lionshead Gondola! If you don’t care to walk, we are steps from the Free Shuttle which will take you to Vail or Lionshead Villages, Golden Peak and the Solaris Plaza. The Lionshead gondola is a 5-7 minute walk or 2 minute ride. The Vail Village Transportation Center offers shuttles to countless destinations in the Vail Valley, including continuous service to grocery stores. The Vail Valley Medical Center and world-renowned Steadman Clinic are right next door. Dobson Ice Area is adjacent to the condo. We have an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with views of Vail mountain, a fitness room, business center and free parking!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED (not even on balconies).

Accommodations are: TWO high quality King beds. No sleeper sofa, so sleeps only four.

BONUS -- NO STAIRS!!!

One of the great things about our unit is its street level location. No need to use the stairs or elevators! Most times one of the 4 parking spaces right in front of our door is open.

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. One bath has a shower, while the other has a shower/tub. One bedroom has a Simmons ComforPedic AirCool memory foam King mattress and one bedroom has a memory foam mattress with down topper.

The living room and dining room, along with its rock-walled fireplace and comfortable leather couches, create a warm and cozy atmosphere for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes high end cookware, small appliances and anything else you might need to prepare great meals.

Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Vail Valley, we are perfectly located between Vail Village and Lionshead Village in Vail, Colorado. Enjoy a spectacular Vail vacation in the foothills of Vail Mountain, the country's top alpine ski resort high in the majestic Rocky Mountains. The beauty and serenity of the Vail Valley will rejuvenate your spirit of adventure.

One of Vail's most popular condominium hotels, we are a 5-7 minute stroll to charming Vail Village and Lionshead Village. With breathtaking views of Vail Mountain, our Vail condo is adjacent to the Vail Medical Center & The Steadman Clinic, Dobson Ice Arena and Vail Public Library, and short walk to Vail Eagle-Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Quad Chairlift and the Vail Ski School. Hop on the free in-town shuttle to Vail's wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, events, festivals and an exciting nightlife scene.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor heated pool or soak in the warm hydrotherapy whirlpool with a waterfall and fiber optic lighting. Get energized in the small workout room or relax in the men's and women's steam rooms. Pool and hot tub are closed from the end of the ski season until Memorial Day and from early October until the start of the ski season in November.

Dogs only (sorry no cats due to allergies). Refundable Pet Deposit of $100. Pet fee will be charged. $20/night. $100/weekly. $300/monthly. Add'l pet cleaning fee will be added.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove as much garbage as possible during your stay. A dumpster is located in the “Trash” closet. Out the front door to the right and to the right again.
Please load and run the dishwasher upon your departure, you may leave the dishwasher running. Do not use liquid soap in the dishwasher, use the dishwasher pods provided.
Please be sure to close and lock all windows and doors, set all thermostats back to 50° and turn all coffee pots and appliances off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you book longer than 1 month, an additional mid-stay cleaning must be done - extra $200

Fabulous location! Can't be better. Cosy and functional space that has everything that you need. The kitchen is small but mighty. We made dinners there every night. Hosts are very responsive and allowed us to check in early. We will be back next year, if available.

Comfortable 2-Bedroom in a Great location

My husband and I stayed three nights in this lovely condo with our daughter, her boyfriend and her dog. We really enjoyed our time there. The location is great, very walkable to both Lionshead and Vail Village. There are several restaurants nearby, so we didn't spend much time making meals. The bedrooms are comfortable, the views of the mountain are great and the pool and hot tub were wonderful after skiing.

Most perfect ski condo ever

Fabulous in every way. Clean, close to slopes, so beautifully decorated, beds so comfy, well stocked, excellent communication with owner and property manager. One other great aspect is that it is on ground floor of the building and you can park steps from the door and walk right in.

Perfect Location - Clean Unit with Everything You Need

We stay at Vail International because it is so close to the ice rink and easy to get to both villages. This unit in particular has everything you need for your stay. It is also very conveniently located near parking, super clean, and well-stocked. Communication was easy for any issues. We loved our stay.

Great Location with an Amazing View

The Lionshead Condo was PERFECT!! Location was perfectly located between Vail Village and Lionshead Village. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to park right in front of the front door and unloaded our luggage with ease. The fireplace was a super easy to use and provided the perfect amount of heat throughout the entire condo. We will definitely be back and request this condo again.

New Years in Vail

We had a wonderful stay for our family ski trip. The condo was perfect - location, fully stocked, amenities, etc. A quick walk to lifts in Lions Head in the morning or to Vail Village for dinner or crepes. The hot tub to soak our muscles after a day of skiing. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Both management company and owner were very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to be back soon myself.

Both the property owner and manger were very responsive and helped us out on arrival day, which we appreciated a great deal. The condo is well located and common areas are cozy. Easy parking and incredibly comfortable beds! We stayed on the first floor, but didn’t hear any disruptive noise above us during a busy holiday weekend. The non-master bath is a little tight with a smaller shower, so one adult couple will be luckier than the other. Would stay here again!

Vail visit with family

Perfect rental for our needs. Loved the location - quiet and right in middle so easy walk to each side of Vail (village and west). Hot tub and pool were great. Hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever sat in (and I’m old ;-) One problem (very minor) - tv in family room would stop working. But we didn’t really care because who needs a tv with that beautiful view. Can’t wait to rerun.
