Property has a good location. Place was clean, pictures are accurate. As always, the pictures make the rooms look bigger. Note: the "Steps" going up to the loft bedroom are more like a ladder.
Over spring break we stayed four nights in a beaver creek property and then spent our last night here. The homes happened to be owned by the same person. One son came down with the flu the night before we went out of town and another son got it a couple of days later when we were about to switch condos from beaver creek to Vail. On the first day the owner worked out an early check in for us at the last minute and when he heard another kid got sick he allowed us to check into the second house first thing in the morning at no charge in case our son wasn’t feeling well. He was always quick to respond and very helpful. This condo was perfect for our last night in vail. Everyone slept comfortably and it was so convenient. Would stay again.
We spent two nights with our two small children. You really can’t beat the price for the location. The staircase is a bit challenging with littles but overall a great stay.
My husband and I had a great stay in Vail. The unit was well stocked and in a great location. The stairs to the loft were steep, but we knew that going in and it was not a problem for us. The bed was super comfy. Would stay again.
We parked our car and enjoyed the village! While the condo could use some updating it was perfect for our anniversary getaway.

Location Awesome, Property Underwhelming
Can't get better on convenience to Vail skiing. In the middle of Vail Village, everything is walkable. The overall interior was underwhelming. Very basic. Expected more considering where we were. It did the trick for our two-night stay.
Great location in central Vail Village. Has everything you need for a ski trip. There was a separate pullout mattress under the queen bed, so there are actually 4 sleeping areas. Most of the furnishings and amenities aren’t great quality, but everything works. And the walls are a bit thin, so you hear people in the other condos, but it isn’t too loud.
The location is great in town, place is dated but works for a ski trip. Fireplace was not functional, and the 1 bedroom is up a ladder located on the kitchen. This should definitely make the pictures as not all can or want to crawl up and down a ladder in the middle of the night!
This was our third time staying at this property. The location is awesome! Once you park and unload your bags you'll never need your vehicle until it's time to checkout. You are within walking distance of everything and they have the free busses to take you anywhere further.
The unit isn't huge but it's perfect for three or four guests. The stairs up to the upstairs bedroom are steep so probably not ideal for small children or the elderly but the murphy bed downstairs is still an option for those folks.
There is also a nice little kitchen with pretty much everything you'll need.
We will definitely be staying here again as long as it's available!
Great central location near restaurants, bus stops, parking garage and transit center. A very comfortable space with a kitchen, stove, oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. There are also plenty of towels and linens. I would make sure and let folks know that there are steep stairs up to the second level condo with no elevator so, heavy suitcases might pose a problem for some. Also, inside the condo, there is a steep ladder to the loft where the comfortable Queen bedroom is located. We had a very nice time and would rent again if our travels take us to Vail in the future!
