Please note: The unit is accessed via a short staircase (8–10 steps). The only shower is a tub/shower combo requiring a step over the tub.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you return the parking pass and Ski key. If they are not on the counter upon checkout. You’ll be charged $50 for each of them to be replaced.
All detailed check out instructions are located on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is not a rule however; the condo is garden level accessible via stairs, there is no ramp or elevator. It is a stair case with about 10 stairs.

This is a fantastic condo just steps away from Vail village. Location is everything and this is perfect - short walk to the gondola, restaurants, etc. The condo was in great condition, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a perfect spot for a couple looking for a nice getaway.

Property is just as described. Clean, central location, and we were able to walk everywhere in Vail right out the door. Great benefit to park the car in a designated spot and no need to drive. Heather was born and raised in Wisconsin. She moved to Colorado in 2001. Cameron grew up in Miami and moved to Colorado in 2004. Ironically enough, they met on Chair 2 in Vail. They still live in the Vail Valley and love the mountain lifestyle just as much as they did the day they moved here. Heather and Cameron are in Vail almost every day to snowboard, hike, mountain bike and maintain the condo.
