This wonderful private condo, with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling in the living area, offers two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a queen size Murphy wall bed that includes a very comfortable queen mattress. The condo sleeps up to 5 persons in great comfort. The dining table also offers seating for six.
Because our condo is a top floor/end unit, it is one of the most private and quiet condos within the property. The bedroom, kitchen and both bathrooms are all on an exterior wall and there is no one above you.
Gourmet kitchen includes high-end alder cabinetry, quartz countertops and all new appliances, including washer & dryer. There is wood-look tile flooring in the kitchen, living area and hall.
Two full bathrooms have been updated, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a deep soaking bathtub with shower. There are alder wood doors and extensive woodwork within the condo, including new carpet in the master bedroom.
This is an excellently maintained property and offers a fantastic location in Vail Village on the edge of Gore Creek and within steps of many restaurants, shops, ski lifts and Ford Park for summer and fall activities. The property offers two hot tubs on a deck and an outdoor pool heated year-round. There is a ski shuttle managed by our staff that runs daily in the winter months as an option to walking to and from the ski lifts. Our very popular shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon.
Condo 401 has only ONE reserved parking space and it’s in the underground parking garage. It is located on the lower bottom level of the garage and is marked as space 401. Full size cars and SUV’s should clear the garage, however, oversized vehicles will not. There is a 79” height limit. There are also a few additional guest parking spaces located on the top deck of the garage. You will need a guest-parking pass from the front office to use one of these guest spaces. They are very limited and not always available.
