The condo is more like a 2/2 with it's loft and sleeps up to 5 very nicely with many sleeping options to fit your needs.

This wonderful private condo, with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling in the living area, offers two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a queen size Murphy wall bed that includes a very comfortable queen mattress. The condo sleeps up to 5 persons in great comfort. The dining table also offers seating for six.
Because our condo is a top floor/end unit, it is one of the most private and quiet condos within the property. The bedroom, kitchen and both bathrooms are all on an exterior wall and there is no one above you.
Gourmet kitchen includes high-end alder cabinetry, quartz countertops and all new appliances, including washer & dryer. There is wood-look tile flooring in the kitchen, living area and hall.
Two full bathrooms have been updated, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a deep soaking bathtub with shower. There are alder wood doors and extensive woodwork within the condo, including new carpet in the master bedroom.
This is an excellently maintained property and offers a fantastic location in Vail Village on the edge of Gore Creek and within steps of many restaurants, shops, ski lifts and Ford Park for summer and fall activities. The property offers two hot tubs on a deck and an outdoor pool heated year-round. There is a ski shuttle managed by our staff that runs daily in the winter months as an option to walking to and from the ski lifts. Our very popular shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon.
Condo 401 has only ONE reserved parking space and it’s in the underground parking garage. It is located on the lower bottom level of the garage and is marked as space 401. Full size cars and SUV’s should clear the garage, however, oversized vehicles will not. There is a 79” height limit. There are also a few additional guest parking spaces located on the top deck of the garage. You will need a guest-parking pass from the front office to use one of these guest spaces. They are very limited and not always available.

Debbie and Craig Carty have been coming to Vail for thirty four years, teaching our two children to ski at age three. After enjoying Vail’s world-renowned winter activities for several years, we found that the summer and fall has just as much to offer! Due to our passion for Vail, and particularly our experiences at The Wren and it's location within Vail Village, we were thrilled to have been able to purchase a condo there in 2014. We are excited that we are able to share this wonderful vacation location with our guests, as evidenced by our many positive reviews.
Why they chose this property
There is no better lodging value in Vail Valley than The Wren. Located high along the banks of Gore Creek, there are amazing vistas, including Golden Peak, Vail Ski Mountain and the Gore Range. No need to drive as you can walk to restaurants and shops, as we are a short six-minute walk to the heart of Vail Village via a picturesque trail along the Gore Creek. Throughout the winter months, The Wren’s daytime shuttle will take you back and forth from The Wren to within just a few steps of the Vail ski lifts at Golden Peak, the Vail Village transportation center and Lionshead Village. A large pool is heated all year, along with two hot tubs for soaking in both winter and summer. After the snow melts, The Wren is next door to Ford Park for a visit, which includes a playground, beautiful Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and entertainment at the Ford amphitheater all summer long. Walks, hikes and bike rides are all right outside your door.
What makes this property unique
The property enjoys a prime location in Vail Village and also within the building. The condo is on the top floor, far-west corner of The Wren. Since at the end of the building, this allows it to be more private than other units, as well as have some of the best views in the Vail Valley. The space is very efficiently laid out and it is very well maintained along with high-end finishes throughout. Our large outdoor balcony includes four Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the view, whether it be snow-capped mountains, golden fall foliage or millions of stars on a clear night. Even while in the main living area of the condo, you feel as if you are part of the beautiful outdoors all of the time. We have equipped the condo nicely so you can live comfortably, including almost everything needed to cook, if desired. There is a new over-sized gas fireplace and a 55' screen TV in the living room, adding to your comfort and entertainment. Many previous guests tell us that they feel right at-home during their visit and that's important to us. All-in-all, staying in our condo will be the best Vail vacation that you are looking for!
