Debra and Rick’s home provided us with a beautiful fall stay on Chautaqua Lake. The house was exceptionally clean and had wonderful lake views from many rooms. We also enjoyed spending time on the lakeside patio. Debra was very responsive and provided our group with a nice welcome note and gift.

A wonderfully clean and amazingly convenient location to downtown (absolutely within walking distance!) while still being on the lake with beautiful views and all the amenities!

Beautiful location. Charming, cozy, lovely home. Perfectly decorated. Immaculate. Everything we could want was already there. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of firewood, clean & well cut. Communication with host was easy with immediate response. Instructions were clear. We will be going back!

Wonderful stay with our extended family from TX, NY, and OH. Very clean. Many amenities. Nice to have kayaks provided. Delightfully decorated. Good communication with hostess prior to stay. Best asset was the accessibility for one of our family members with a rollator. No steps coming into house from the driveway, or going out to the nice patio. That degree of accessibility is hard to find in vacation rentals around Chautauqua Lake which also accommodate a large group. We hope to come back again in the future!

If you are looking to stay in Bemus Pt., this is the house for you. The house was well stocked, very roomy for 4 adults and immaculate inside. It has a spacious backyard with a great view of the lake and bridge, as well as, a nicely furnished patio and a fire pit out by the waters edge. It's located only about a half mile from town, which made it even more convenient for dining and shopping. You cannot go wrong with this rental.

This place has everything you could want. Game exercise equipment stocked kitchen. Loved how you could close doors and have it quiet in the bedrooms. The lake was nice. We saw beavers. Had a blast with my Granddaughter and great grandson who live in BP. Would recommend
