It's located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just 1.5 miles from Chautauqua Institution. Enjoy the outdoors with a large lakefront deck, private dock, fire pit, and big open yard, all while taking in the beauty of Chautauqua lake and dramatic sunrises and sunsets. Inside you will find a remodeled kitchen, spacious LR and DR with stone fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a new bath. On the 2nd story there are 3 more bedrooms and another full bath. In total there are 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, hardwood floors throughout and beamed ceiling in LR.
Well suited to families - not a place for big or loud parties. Sleeps 9 adults comfortably. Rents Saturday to Saturday during summer - shorter stays available in off season. What makes this property unique
Stellar view of the Bell Tower, magnificent large maple trees, easy to swim from the dock. Friendly neighbors! House has glass doors opening to lake front deck and large windows for great views. Open layout and new kitchen with top of line appliances is terrific for entertaining.
