Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Check in was very easy and Amy was great with communication! Definitely would stay here again.
A very lovely property with very accommodating hosts. We had a great stay at a very nice location. Had two younger children who very much enjoyed the games in the garage. The Mayville area is our favorite part of the lake - the sunsets are spectacular!
Gorgeous views of the lake & a very relaxing, peaceful environment! Easy location to access restaurants, breweries, Bemus Point, & parks. This is our 2nd time & we plan to return!
I f you want to enjoy all Chautauqua Lake has to offer, this is the place to stay. Everything is as advertised. I highly recommend and would stay again.
We very much enjoyed our family's Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. Host was very accessible and answered any questions very quickly. Beautiful location on Chautauqua Lake with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

My family & I enjoyed Labor Day Weekend at this Lake Life Luxury home! So relaxing and peaceful! We fished, kayaked, shopped at Bemus Point, and enjoyed quality family time together, even with our pups! We can't wait to come back!
We absolutely loved our stay. The weather didnt cooperate for fishing or kayaking, but we made the best of this beautiful home. Perfect for playing games, watching movies and just relaxing and hanging out. Home was clean and welcoming. Owner was so nice and accommodating. We will be rebooking! Cant wait to come back.
This home has been really well done. The floorplan is wide open and we thought it was great. The home has everything you'd need, and plenty of watersport equipment to enjoy out on the lake. The homeowner, Amy, was very conscientious and thoughtful. We had a great two weeks.
This house on the lake was perfect for our weekend getaway! The view was amazing and my favorite part of the day, was making coffee and walking out to the end of the dock, watching the water glisten…it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back here for another stay! Thank you so much!
This place was perfect for a family get-together! The house has such a smart set up, with the open floor concept and the bedrooms in the back. The owner, Amy, was very friendly and informative, as were the cleaning crew. The rec room was perfect for our teens when they needed their own time. We spent a night at the firepit and several nights playing games at the table. This place had everything from life jackets to corn hole to a dog crate! We are already planning to stay again next year making it a family tradition. Thank you, Martis family, for sharing your lovely home.
We took my parents for a weekend on the lake to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Neither of my parents have ever been to Lake Chautauqua but I knew they would love it. Despite only being the very beginning of the season and the weather being really cold, our stay could not have been more special. The host was so helpful from the beginning, describing in detail the accessibility in and outside of the house, and responding immediately when I asked any questions. If you are looking for the best experience on the lake, this is the place to go. 180 degree views of the water from the entire living area made for amazing views of the nightly sunsets. The gas fireplace in the living room took the chill out of the air, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the beds were comfy and the showers were hot, the dining table made for epic games of cards in the evening, and the bedrooms are tucked nicely in the back of the house for quiet privacy. My husband and dad were excited to fish off the dock, as it was opening weekend for walleye, but we didn’t realize it was too early for the weed beds. It was too cold anyways, and just gives us an excuse to come back! It was also really nice to have a mud room off the front door as it kept the house warm and the bugs out. This was a perfect location to stay, allowing us to visit the Erie Wine trail and spend the day in Jamestown. Thanks for sharing your home and making the weekend so memorable! We’ll be back!
