It was a great experience. I was able to walk to the beach and to the spa. Great location!
The only thing.......the uber/Lyft service left a little to be desired. We did not rent a car. But overall, the condo was awesome. It has a modern feel. I will return.

Great stay!
We loved our vacation to the Luau! The condo was equipped with beach umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. loved that there were blackout curtains. The layout of the condo was nice and spread out. My 2 young children slept on the sectional in the living room and my husband and I took the bedroom. We will definitely be staying here again!

Home at the beach
We enjoyed a perfect spring break at this beautifully decorated at condo. The king size bed was so comfy!! The amazing sandy white beach and clear emerald ocean was a short walk. If you are hauling a lot of stuff, it may be a little bit of trek, but the Luau condos are some of the best centrally located units in the area within close proximity to the Baytown wharf, grand avenue and outlet shopping. Spring Break crowds kept up close to home, but there are plenty of restaurants within driving distance. We rented bikes, but this area is not as bike friendly as seaside or Santa Rosa. There was always plenty of parking at the condo. We celebrated Easter with a sunrise service at Henderson State Park and hosted Easter brunch at the condo. The condo is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of home and cooking needs. We also rented the studio next door for our teens, and they loved having their own space but also being right next to us. The owners were very responsive and generous with answering questions and suggestions about the area as there is no reception/check-in desk you are on your own to “explore”. The pool is just steps from the condo and was heated. It is regularly patrolled to ensure that only condo guests are using the pool (wristbands). The snack shack was open hit or miss due to staffing so we didn’t eat there. Be sure to check out the star deck on the 20th floor at sunset. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return. Just a few items to be aware of: the elevators, as with all condos at spring break, can take some time during busy season (we took the stairs-it’s only the fifth floor), if you’re easily bother by noise, you can hear the pitter patter of running feet In the unit above, and yes, you can see the beach in the far distance, but the view is mostly of parking lot (I didn’t mind bc I locked my car a few times from the condo). If you’re looking for a home away from home while on vacation, this is it! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
