Great choice. Would definitely use this property again. Had everything you want and close to everything you need. Grocery pharmacy
Centrally located. 10
Minutes to downtown.
Super safe neighborhood.
We needed to be in midtown and were fortunate that this freshly renovated home was available! It was a much better option for us over nearby hotels. With separate bedrooms, we also enjoyed it's a lovely gathering space for our adult family. It is tastefully decorated in a Savannah/seaside style (not fully shown in online pictures yet), and set in a sweet, tree-lined, established neighborhood. Parking is ample. The home is not far from the airport, beaches, downtown, and groceries but is out of the fray. Beds were very comfortable, everything was new and clean, the hosts were responsive and we would certainly stay there again if the occasion arises.

Great location -- Needs work in execution of property
After all day trying to get the login code, it wasn't until we canceled our reservation and had made other plans that anyone called back. While family emergency had caused the communication, it was hard being a town and not knowing what we were going to do.
Once inside, we realized that there was no hand soap or tissues anywhere in the house. Only one bottle of shampoo, condition and lotion were in the two bathrooms. with no refills in any linen or kitchen closets. That didn't last 4 people 4 days in the shower. We had to go buy more. There was no bar soap for body or hands either.
While a coffee maker was there, no coffee filters or packets were provided for the first night.
Discomfort included lights that are too bright in the dining area to use, so we ended up turning on lights in the other rooms when we used it. The master bedroom ceiling fan whines, rendering it useless at night when trying to sleep.
The motion triggered light outside the master bedroom came on each time the air conditioner came on at night, meaning that it is focuses on the exterior air handler. Any time that fan began spinning, the motion sensored light came on, often waking up those in the master bedroom.
The pillows and sheets were scented with a floral scent that activated those of us with allergies. I ended up putting a t-shirt between me adn the pillow just to sleep Also, the pillows offered no support at all, so side-sleepers may want to bring their own pillows.
When I opened the blinds to let some light in, I saw another reason why my allergies were activated -- droppings from either a mouse or something else were along almost all of the window sills behind the blinds. Between the floral scented sheets, the musty and mildewy cloth furniture, and the pest droppings, this house appears clean at first sight but needs A LOT of attention in the cleaning area. I also would suggest cleaning the air filter, since it was dusty externally, which means it probably has not been changed recently.
The neighborhood was quiet, and it was close to grocery stores and dining, which helped. Those two reasons are the only reasons this property is not getting one star.
The location of the house was great for use to attend the soccer tournament games. The check-in was very easy. The Property Manager was accommodating with our minor maintenance needs. The yard area and parking were fine. The kitchen was spacious with great built-in appliances. Overall the house was clean. However, the floors looked clean but were not. Water was dripped and I wiped it up and they were actually filthy. I did not see a broom or mop. The kitchen cookware needs to be expanded. No toaster and the frying pans were inadequate for cooking. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. But overall, it was sufficient and I would stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The location was close to most things we wanted to do. The owners are so easy to communicate with and made our stay more enjoyable.
Our stay at this property was amazing. It was very clean and a great size. It was strange for us not to have TV's in the rooms, but we made due! We had to call the property manager when we arrived close to 10:00 pm.and they had no issue answering and responding quickly and nicely!
The house was super cute and very clean. It had everything we needed for 6 girls for the weekend. The location was awesome for visiting downtown Savannah/Tybee Island. I would definitely stay here again!
We had an absolute blast! The property was immaculate with all updated appliances including an awesome grill. There was plenty of space for all of us and we all felt at home and safe with the fancy security system. All of us already agreed we want to come back next year!
The house was absolutely amazing and slept everybody comfortably. There were plenty of mirrors, as we were a group of 7 girls, so that was great. It was a perfect size for a group of 7, we never felt too crowded and everybody had their own space. Whether you're looking for a girls trip or family trip to Savannah, this house is perfect for both. The neighborhood was super cute and quiet, the street was gorgeous, and the uber rides were about 10 -15 minutes to downtown. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in Savannah!
